I find it funny how many trolls/FUDders have posted in the last few pages. I also find it funny that investors have already received 50% profit before launch and the trolls have got nothing.

So trolls keep on doing your thing while we watch our investments rise

So what % of profit are you at right at this moment?

Do your homework and check for yourself.

you are just full of laugh today

If you cant prove it. It didn't happen. Maybe you did not make much basically people selling off for what they paid, THIS IS MY GUESS. I am not troll on Crypti. I belive it will a success.

But like they says, everyone mad around here. Includes you.

It's hand is weak and you have to take out on me?

Cheer up guys if you haven't lost your money, But you have lost profits?

No one is mad here except you. The thread is full of info which you can use to estimate the profits we are currently sitting on, yet you choose to continue posting claims that are baseless and untrue. You are now making thinly disguised posts trying to spread false information while claiming to support Crypti.

Anyone with a sliver of knowledge would realize that we've already made a 50% profit, before Crypti has even launched. So tell me now, what is it exactly that have we lost?

For anyone who missed the ipo, now is the time to buy. Once this is on the actual Coinmarketcap board it will quickly climb to the top 15 at a minimum.... roughly 7X what it is currently traded at. Mark my words...

Update

We have provided Bter today with a Crypti node (including their own testnet), and an API documentation, so Bter could integrate Crypti towards the mainnet launch. Having the API in RESTful form, should enable an easy and fast integration of Crypti nodes both on Bter, and on other exchanges in the future.

This Crypti node (with a mainnet), will also be available for a public download after the launch.

We also preparing a changelog that will list all the important features and improvements performed towards the launch version.

It will be nice to have at start poloniex + very clear and simple discription how to setup node in order to "catch" blocks/rewards.

Today there are a lot of miners who ignore PoS coins, cause it's impossibale to mine them. And, for example, without huge stake in Qora or NXT it's very difficult to forge.

But Crypti's PoT/PoI change the count. It has financial sense to forge in Crypti. And more users ---> higher the price.

There are clear instructions already how install the node (Bter got them too). Turning the forging is as simple as accessing the web-wallet and enabling it by entering your secret phrase.

We did a lot of thinking including running simulations, of how we can make PoS as distributed as possible, so both users running nodes and users spending Crypti, could have a fair chance to get the forging fee.

Bitseed could elaborate more here.

The Proof of Time is a sum of the blocks the node has been continuously running since it has either started, restarted, or generated a block. The Proof of Purchase includes a log based function consisting of the sum of the logs of its spends per block divided by the log of the sum all of the transactions of all of the nodes since the start of the network. Using a log based function prevents single, extremely large transaction from overpowering the other transactions in the weight. The sum of the two factors are added to give each node a total weight, the highest of which gets to create the next block and receive 50% of the transaction fees for that block.

This is an overall view of the process, but not inclusive of all of the details, and may be changed somewhat as we continue simulation and testing, and refine the algorithm to insure the scalability and longevity of the network.

Very interesting to get some more information on how these new proofs work, but I have to say I don't really understand.

Firstly, are you referring to the logarithmic scale when you say 'log based function', because if so I don't really understand how this is applied and if not I don't have a clue what you mean. How does this stop a large transaction automatically winning, and if its not about the size of the transaction then what is it which determines who has the highest weight?

Secondly, does 'the sum of the two factors' mean the sum of node uptime and purchases - so you have to be both running a node and making purchases to get a good chance of creating a block?

Edit: Thirdly - do all transactions count or just purchases at verified merchants?

Bitseed will answer on 1st.

You don't have to both run a node and make purchase, although it indeed may increase your chances to forge a block, as you strengthen the network both via additional distribution nodes, and via actually using the network with merchant transactions. That said, if you only running nodes, or only purchase, you will also have a chance to forge a block.

For PoPs (Proof of Purchase), only transactions to verified merchants count.

Thanks, that's good. I can't run a node with 100% uptime, so I'm just hoping there'll be some good merchants and I might be able to get a bit of cash back every now and then on doing some shopping  Wink

Ok to run a PoT node do we need to have a static IP or can we run a PoT off a home PC with IPS? I just want to know what my home PC will be able to forge?

Do we need a server with static IP and specific listening port to forge a PoT block?

I'll give the others a chance to respond here as well, but running the wallet on your home PC will function as a node for weight purposes. The only catch is that you can only run 1 node per IP address. It doesn't necessarily have to be static.

This was actually part of the thought process we had when designing Crypti. We want to compete with other forms of payment and some offer cash back or incentives. One of the incentives about Crypti is that you can forge it by helping secure the network, but also that you essentially earn a form of "cash back" incentive for purchasing from merchants.

Bringing merchants on board and having strong partnerships with service based companies is one of our most important post launch initiatives. This is something we will also be looking for feedback from the community on as far as suggestions of what kinds of things you would be interested in buying with Crypti. This will help to target our efforts.

Keep in mind we don't expect Crypti to blow up and sign Dell or Walmart over night, that would be unrealistic, but we do plan to aggressively target certain markets and growing our merchant base will be a top priority.

Perfect!! this was what I was thinking you meant by the Digital Ocean & Heroku... maximize your chances to forge a block... But not a necessity...
