It will ask for your credit card (but only changers $1 to check that is real) fees apply when you go outside the Free services offered... Please read all the terms... It will also call your phone to make sure its a valid number

 Choose an Instance Type: I use  “t2.micro”

Then launch it.

There will be a pop-up about Key pairs... the YouTube below will go over what to do next...
The key pair and how to access your server, ( If your working in windows,best to use PUTTY )

Edit: second passphrase is a must if your thinking of Forgeing off a cloud server... If you ask me the second passphase is a must for every account anyway... but I'm just a little crazy.. I like keeping what I own...
