Really? Doubling prices recent is this not in anticipation news consensus 2017? Consensus is over. There was no news to announce. I assume some connections will come out of it that'll pay off in the future.

NEM has been hit quite hard by the dumps today.. Eth is already back up to the previous eth/btc ratio, but NEM is still lagging a bit behind.
I'm still 100% behind NEM and am quite sure everything will be fine when the market calms down again.

What is previous eth/btc ratio ? To which day are you referring to? When looking 1 month curves, ETH is still doubled ... and XEM is tripled

Check the top right of this, just uploaded to the telegram channel. I don't know how far along it is, but that's just what the doctor ordered.

I assume some connections will come out of it that'll pay off in the future. NEM is more a ninja announcements kind of guy. I don't expect much from summits and conferences for NEM. That brings some advantages (it prevents bubbles a bit) and also disadvantages (it's hard to buy right before the spike).

Where is that infographic for beginners into NEM?
Someone post it and please do it again every now and then.
This will be for the newbies discovering NEM and other cryptocurrencies.

I have recently harvested my first block via delegated harvesting. It is really a great feature by harvesting without having the wallet run. But why is the forged block and the feed I've received not shown in the Nembex explorer? I usually use the explorer to watch my address and there was nothing new. I finally saw it when I opened my nano wallet I saw that I have harvested a block and got some NEM as fee.
There is a telegram bot available that sends you a daily update of transactions on your account to your phone, including harvested blocks and fees. I think it's called NemNotifications.

Only trezor or nano ledger also?
I seem to remember reading that the guy doing it said XEM wasn't going to be as straightforward with the Ledger because of some form of cryptography that didn't agree with it so he wasn't working on it. I've no idea what the differences are.

hello all , i was a NEMber long time ago and i had a nemwallet on my comp. , i remember i had two files that i had to open before entering the wallet nis / ncc eand i keep my login and pass secure but i did not had the change to set some files on stick
so my question : can i restore my old wallet if i have only my login and pass from 2/3 year ago?
did you backed up your private key or the wallet file wallet.json? if you format the pc without backup not sure you can recover it tanx for trying to help , i have now recovered te ncc/nis and it is actualy working right now , it also see my wallet "GivemeNEM "but when typing my pass it keep saying "wrong pass" , but i am 100% sure it is the good pass i have the adress and the public key , can i do something with that? to bad i did not having a private key YES , i am in my wallet , and got my lovely XEM back , from now on i write down the pass on paper anyway tanx for help all

Thanks! Yes I already knew this. This implies that I always need to know my previous harvested fee amount to figure out that I recently harvested a new block with fees. To have transactions of the fees I received would be more helpful.
You can see the total amount of fees you harvested in the Nembex (2 Lines above your mosaics). There are just no transactions for every block you harvested.

NEM should apply for SEC. Bitcoin will never pass it, but NEM can definitely do that )!

Forget the password. Now you have access to your private key again, write it down and store it somewhere safe. If you have that then you can restore your XEM anywhere and any time.

Good to shake out the weak hands and those taking profits.... long term this coin will be the bitcoin killer, not ethereum which can do maybe 16 transactions per second, but this coin, which will be able to do 3000 transactions per second, with the scalability Mijin and Catapult bring to the table. Really that's what the real world is looking for first and foremost.. an application platform can be built on any old coin now since they opened sourced everything... it's one reason I don't think they should open source the entire NEM/Mijin code.... what's the incentive to invest in a coin when any firm can simply copy the coin with no legal repercussions? Your source code is your ability to license it out.. it's your intellectual property.
NEM has something no other coin really has now with Mijin, just like Xtrabytes has it's static node tech.. I don't think either of these coins should just open source this, personally. If you care about return on investment, it's not such a bad thing to have trade secrets...
