I starter delegated harvesting on jun 27 and found my first block at Jun 28, 2016 05:12:55 (Block #651676) and found 9 blocks last of which was Block #654043 at Jun 29, 2016 21:02:39 but since then i have found zero blocks.

Can anyone else thats harvesting confirm this is normal and just bad luck or am i missing something here?

Every time i've logged onto NCC delegated harvesting has been active.

I've tried couple different supernodes since i stopped getting blocks and i'm currently on Alice4 (199.217.112.135).

My nem address is NDFUQ2-DQUWDP-Y4V7ME-DQFHIX-YDLPFG-7QJ23A-JBF3

Its a normal thing. Sometimes you have luck sometime you dont. Last 10 harvested block by me is 0

At this time i'd be happy with a block with 0.

3 days with 2.64 ‱ importance and not a single block found i can't help but think i'm doing something wrong.

you have 9 blocks harvested. Maybe you just had no rewards because the blocks where empty ?

Just saw this, any reason they could not add the NEM blockchain to this service?
https://plutus.it/how-it-works

Up to them  I guess. Anyway, as long as they run it on ETH, no thanks.

My importance is less than 1%... and yours is much higher than mine. How is that possible for me to have gotten a a payout and yours to be zero. Im just tryna to figure this all out so I know which way to proceed.

Who harvests a block is random, with the probability increasing with your importance.
When you harvest a block you get the fees of the transactions inside the block: can be 0 or not, depends on the transactions.
The more the network is used in real life applications, the more transactions (more fees) in the blocks.
Right now, there are still a lot of blocks with 0 fees.

There is a lot of variance in harvesting, but having not harvested any block for days is surprising.
I restarted Alice4 1.5 days ago, maybe your account is not harvesting any more?

They might have to end up switching to NEM one day! Cheesy

Thanks for sharing! This is a really good read. I have invested in NEM since the beginning but I have never thought about how different it really is compared to Bitcoin and Ethereum. Reading this and all the other information about NEM over the last days results that I am so bullish for the project at the moment.

Just to be sure i stopped and restarted it around the time of my last reply and it gave me no errors or anything but still no blocks after jun 29.

4 days without any blocks, 0,61 % importance, last block was 78 XEM before 6 days, it depends on luck

Also you can try to switch node.

It would be extremely useful to the community to have a third party validate the code is 100% unique to any other coin. Without the third party confirmation many investors believe it is a mistype and the code is actually NXT code.

It doesn't matter because crypto still hasn't gone mainstream. We'll have to wait until fiat becomes worthless.

You can be the third party. Doesn't take a genius or a programmer to figure that out.

I can confirm there was a problem with the Alice4 node. I rebooted the node, can you start harvesting again?
