Can somebody confirm these news:
http://us.blastingnews.com/business/2017/10/governments-and-banks-use-blockchain-technology-built-by-nemio-foundation-002054985.html

So the KYC blockchain is based on NEM?

If it is true, it's gonna be awesome for NEM! Smiley

Btw I hope Ripple dies...

Yes its true. Smiley

I posted this on another thread but as a NEM supporter also, i thought i should post it here too. A new exchange opening in Korea where NEM should pursue a listing.
The article was posted on bitcoin.com. Link below

The operator of Kakao Stock, a popular Korean securities trading app based on the country’s number one smartphone messenger app Kakao Talk, is launching a cryptocurrency exchange called Upbit. Over 110 cryptocurrencies will be supported initially including bitcoin, ether, and litecoin. The company says that it will be the largest digital currency exchange in South Korea.

Link- https://news.bitcoin.com/koreas-largest-messenger-app-launching-exchange-with-110-cryptocurrencies/

but is there any statement that new isn't within the 110 listed ones?

Evening, guys! My outfit is following the Upbit thing with interest, would love to know anything you can find out.

One suggestion was it would open after the Korean-Chinese holidays. Check here: https://www.valemount.io/catalyst-calendar/  That is, perhaps in a day or two.

https://www.reddit.com/r/LitecoinMarkets/comments/72ad3t/just_preregistered_for_the_new_korean_exchange/

https://www.reddit.com/r/CryptoKorea/comments/72zwvj/list_of_altcoins_on_upbit/

Will swing by tomorrow

IndiaMikeZulu

So according to the reddit post you linked, they think its a clone of bittrex and will use their orderbook. They are listing 111 coins so I assume NEM is one of them. Now we just need Kim to not wipe S-Korea off the map - until NEM hits $1 anyway

Yep -- 'clone' -- and the launch could be soon.

Many people forget that NEM started out a free coin. They gave out free stakes. Many of those people sold out early, but those that confidence in the devs were rewarded.

They continue to make sure NEM is going to be used by the real world

It was very much that in the morning the coin was growing, but in the evening I see that she is going to fall again ... It's not very clear why. Previously, I considered this coin one of the most stable !!! Kiss Tongue Cry

It is all just because of Bitcoin, all the money is going to Bitcoin till the hard fork is finished.
After that the money will go back to the Altcoins.

I have invested in NEM and it is always a good experience for me. Hopefully my investments will be fruitful in the long run and will be investing more. Maybe some good news from the creators would be worthwhile approach in assuring us this will have a great future.

good experience for me as well. Just joined here, I was more present on Reddit forum before. I wanted to ask you NEMbers, what is your view on diversification strategy. I know the old saying 'dont put all your eggs in one basket' but on the other side, it limits your prospects on the maximum profits.
Entering NEM in June I wasnt looking for small or quick gains, rather than that, I wanted few thousand percent return after holding for 3-5 years. Only recently I added 2 other coins, yet still making my portfolio 75% in XEM. I am totally fine with loosing it all, but being strong believer and fan of NEM, keep an eye on it every day.

How about you guys? Do you keep plenty of baskets or have one XEM basked and watch it carefully?

I have only two baskets. BTC and NEM. I can't keep track with more news, development. I want to know at any time, what I invested in. All the rest I hold is just small pocketmoney to satisfy my gambling

Japan’s 3 Megabanks Unite on a Blockchain for P2P Money Transfer ‘Field Trial
Has this anything to do with NEM/Mijin? I thought i remembered a mention of Fujitsu trialing mijin some time ago but i could be wrong.

I did my research and found two projects that have tremendous potential.
My basket is 45% NEM + 45% IOTA + 10% BTC and other junk.
