I have lost the private key of my NEM wallet but i have password and username saved so i can get back my wallet. give me a helpful response if is possible solve my problem.

Maybe there is a chance that the storage of your device is still ok and can be read out by some expert? That is probably the only way to get your private key.

In fact, I downloaded the nem wallet to my phone in the year 2018, but I forgot to save the private key, so I had to read this problem.
Anyway i have that device still active and i have some more information stored and i want to get my wallet back if is possible.

I don't quite understand when the snapshot of the NEM blockchain is for Symbol.
Is there an exact date for this or will it not be published in order to prevent everyone from buying shortly before and selling everything shortly after? The latter will happen anyway.

Option 1: Random selection of a height by code at launch time
Option 2: Known block selected and communicated ahead of time
Option 3: Known block selected and exact height communicated after launch

Option #2 is best. All parties involved will have the same information, let there be no question of manipulation.

For many it is tax favorable that XYM have a zero value at distribution.
Let the XYM distribution occur before the XYM trading.

2. I opt-in and saved the pdf and everything else.

So my question is:

The Airdrop will starting soon. For example the airdrop will take place on 5 december. Could i sell my XEM for example at 0,40€ at 3 december and i will get the new symbol currency too or do i have to wait after the airdrop and then i could sell my XEM ?

At december 15-17 when snapshot will be done amount XEM that you have in your opt in wallet you will get same amount XYM.

For example if you have now 150356 XEM and sell it tommorow and expecting to get 150356 XYM at time of snapshot you WILL NOT get any coin.

Eg. it is decided that the snapshot will be taken from the block at height [X ... X+2000],  the snapshot height would be X+Y.
Beforehand is shown the formula for the Y :
 e.g. Y = (DowJonesIndex * GoldPriceInUSD * somethingmore) mod 2001

DowJonesIndex and GoldPriceInUSD etc. are taken at the certain date and time after the block X+2000.

Good decision. A December launch would have been too rushed.

Look all at WavesUSD chart. If Waves can, why not XEM? This postponed airdrop of XYM makes maybe one more time bad PR for NEM, but i hope still that waiting will pay off, so i hodl XEM until will see the price from my dreams.

My dream for now is 2$, if Bitcoin is near ATH, XEM deserves for this 2$ before airdrop, and starting price for XYM also should be as high as possible. That gives better visibility for the project in cryptosphere.

I drew a tarot card with the main question if this 2$ around snapshot is possible:



For now energies of eight wands say that it is possible, however as always very temporary in nature. 8 suggests even higher price than in my question (8$?) or eight waves of growth, but in tarot energies are very changable, and some factor from the future can change this energy in another one with other price level. Other thing is that wands can show in terms of time the spring. With 8 wands can indicate 8 day of spring, or maybe 8 weeks from the time of question (23.11.2020 so 8 week from now gives the time 11-17.01.2021).
