BTC's value will stabilize over the long term, probably at the point when 1 Satoshi = $1. 

Then Bitcoin would no longer be usable in its current form, as the fees could no longer be paid.

Does anyone else believe in a great future for NEM (XEM) project? What event/new can affect the attraction of new investors? 

The NEM Software CTO posted an article on the plans to refresh NEM NIS1 last month. There are four things in the roadmap, see below official Twitter post and link below.

I don't see anything that NEM could do better after the introduction of Symbol. On the contrary, Symbol also has features that would have long been expected for NEM. As I said before, I believe NEM will suffer the same fate as NXT after ARDOR was introduced.

90% of the SW projects fail to accomplish the sub-projects in time.
Still the world is full of finished SW projects.

I prefer to analyze price charts than spreading FUD. If i will not get more cheaper XEMs its not the end of the world for me, even if i earn nothing from XEM or XYM its not the end too. Most people dont realise that investments and speculation should be treaded like playing in the casino. I play for fun, other play for new Lambo, and of not get it and lose all the money in this play, it makes them frustrated. Frustration is the main fuel for FUD.

Often some people's angry arguments or FUD make me thinking that they want to affect to the project or even to the prices.

It is not clear where such panic and misinformation come from - at the moment the preparation and testing process is proceeding on schedule. I understand that due to unjustified expectations (launch plans were postponed in December and January), but I think that a high-quality and actually working product is better than a project with real problems in a productive version.

Agree with you. Lately this forum became place of fud and miss information.
Devs are working hard to finish soon as they can.
Delays come from testing and finding flaws in network and that means they work their job.

And I will add a little more positive - we tested the nodes, I must say, against the background of a month ago, they optimized and stabilized the work of the nodes very well. Withstands a very good load, well, the network itself during load testing (done by the community, regardless of the developers) "swallowed" the load much greater than in official tests. So the real work is visible, I hope there will be some kind of stability with the timing, and by the end of February the main network will start

Yep, to the March at best. To that time many will leave that boat for better kicking cryptocurrencies. Only real NEMsters will stay. Good thing is that cryptomania should last few months longer, i think about June or July as peak for this bubble. Maybe "the team of turtle Ninja" (more turtle than Ninja) will not screw this up.

Many leaved @22-24 cents or even lower, few are buying now, it is from weak hands to smart money capital transfer. Those short in time buys are intresting (bounce and retreat, bounce higher and retreat...).

Good news, still I would say it will not happen in February, considering the dates seems to me a early March at best:

There is information that another version will be released (in the next day or two) with the correction of the identified problems, after which a global network load test will be carried out (2-3 days). If everything goes as it should, and there are enough signs of this, the network can be expected to launch in February

read again. I didn't say everything is "tanking" now obviously it is not. "When" referencing if/when the market starts to go south again.
NEM needed more ads and exposure. I hope they don't do the same with sym. Doesn't matter how good a product is if not many knows about it. PR PR PR. Nem is a great project unfortunately its all about the ninja release lol (hows that turning out) I've been here since the beginning it's frustrating to see it go down in market cap we were top 5 once upon a time. Ninja release after ninja release. Please excuse me for venting a little. I hope they don't drop the ball on the new project and just cash out like Lon

... meaning that schedules are almost always too tight. It is not so bad, if there are delays - unless the project has NEVER finished ANYTHING. In such case of delay there is of course a risk of scam. But NEM was not such a project, coz it finished its SW.
