Maybe, but unlikely. Viz is still here, unlike Mr Spread................. I have been following this coin since launch and I have not lost a penny/cent yet. In fact CSD/Niro/Kurrent has contributed to my mining rigs ROI'ing and my bag seems to be consistently increasing in value as the project progresses.

i am not getting connections in the wallet on restart? :S
Did you get this figured out? not really. I now have 1 connection. any nodes i can add? only thing i have changed is it is now going through a vpn? is that why it wont connect? I am running it through tor and have 1 connection. Close wallet, delete addr.dat, restart wallet normal connections should be restored. This issue with connection loss seems to happen when u change ip address ( like when u activate vpn connection or restart modem if ur isp assigns dynamic ip)

Why do you say that? Nexus is definitely not a scam, and I would know, because I've seen quite a few of them go down. If you were around since this network was launched, you'd know that nobody here since the beginning was really interested in pumping or hyping the project on a financial level - it has always been about long-term organic growth. I am hardly invested in this project financially. If I wanted to accumulate hundreds of thousands or millions of Niro I would have done it. Most people here are running nodes and participating in the network and helping each other, that's all. Niro started as a long-term project of exploration and conceptualization from it's original name of CoinShield. We worked on his project while we did our day jobs or whatever else we needed to do to survive, but now Colin and Kierre are working to bring the financing to fund the business and development. The key is coming up with real world solutions that can be marketed and sold. If we can build real proof-of-concepts (POCs) throughout various industries, we will eventually strike gold. One option worth exploring is launching a Nexus satellite into space as a means to gaining notoriety and demonstrate the technology used in a new way, such as recording the satellite data into the blockchain directly from the outerspace node to broadcast transparently from the satellite in a decentralized fashion, everyone can pickup on the data across the planet that has the wallet because everyone can view the ledger. It doesn't seem like most people are really interested in building out public ledgers for the good of transparency and information. That's another real innovation of the blockchain not often seen as a benefit. Blockchains (decentralized ledgers) can be used to obfuscate transactions but they can also be used to provide unparalleled transparency and trust, depending on how the ledger is utilized by the end-user. There's a lot of potential for this technology in new industries, such as building out decentralized infrastructure for the planet just to provide trusted public information. People could donate or even pay for additional information and access to satellite services and fund new add-ons for the satellite, or even a second or third satellite. We are talking next level shit here.

Thats a old screen shot from TradeManager ( Found in my signature) I am re-branding and compiling for Nexus, I'm hoping to have it released sometime next week for the Nexus community. I had built it up to spec with quatloo trader in terms of automation but due to lack of interest the project got put on the backburner. I'm hoping this community will appreciate it and it will get some use.

This should excite many in the community and draw more people in most definitely.

Final piece we needed man, we have the rebranding, Kierre to work on marketing, new website with 3d blockchain, new forum, new Nexus update coming soon with faster wallet load time and future free transactions. Viz talked with a dev to work on the android wallet. All of this is great but with the low volume we have it wont attract people to Nexus, now you come with this nice software on the right time, thanks a lot!
