Hello Guys,

I am pretty new to the cryptocurrency world. I was doing some research and I stumbled with Nexus Niro. And then I started listening to the podcast on youtube. I am pretty amazed with the perks/and its upgrades against bitcoin, and made me really excited to invest on it. I have a few questions. Bear with me, I am super noob with this.

First question:

How can I acquire Niro's? Unfortunately I am not able to sign up for bittrex because my state does not allow me to join.

Second question:

Is this coin available for mining? If yes, can you please teach me on how to mine this specific coin? Hardware/Software/Set-up etc.

I am really looking forward with the development of this coin. I hope I am not too late to the party. I managed to download the nero wallet. Something I am very happy about. I am also planning to hold it long term, because I believe in its potential, as well as the company's mission statement. I also loved Mr. Colin's statement that, not everyone has money, but everyone has time.

If you guys could give me some niros to start with, I will greatly appreciate it. Thank you very much to all and have a great day.

Niro Wallet Address:

Very excited about all the news and progression. Nexus is literally just like ETH or Bitcoin for pennies at the moment. The potential and promise of likely the best long I have ever had. That being said, NEXUSEARTH website is being worked on today along with the new platform for the economy. We are also working on making the OP more Laymen friendly for those who are not techies.

Please retweet all @NexusNiro tweets as it looks more eyes inside and outside of cryptocurrency are taking a look at our project.

The community is growing and honestly I am really excited not just for Nexus but excited for the future of my children. This is what needs to happen to literally strip the centralization of power and empower the individual over their own financial futures.

Great job Nexus. Back to work. You can find me in slack or our facebook group if you have any questions or would like to help.

Use TOR and buy as many coins as you wish from bittrex.
Start staking with your wallet and climb stake rate from 0.5% up to 3%.
Hold.

When you hold coins in wallet, you will receive small periodical payments of interest.
It is called proof of stake mining (POS)

Yes, you need to get some coins to make it working.
It wont start staking with 0 balance.

You cant mine until your wallet is done syncing.

Borris,

there is an option in the wallet to have it auto start when windows starts, but you cant have a windows PW, it needs to boot straight to desktop.

Mr. Borris,

What trust are you talking about???

Proof of stake allows you to keep coins in your wallet and collect an interest on them. The interest is then added to your wallet.

Current interest rates for NEXUS are 0.5%-3% yearly. It uses a custom coded from the ground up variable proof of stake system.

You build trust using your trust key. Your trust builds up the longer you keep your wallet staking. As time goes by the longer you stake the more your trust builds up within the trust network in Nexus. This allows your interest to slowly move from 0.5% upwards towards 3% yearly. Your trust is an important thing because it takes a bit of time to build trust. If you turn off your computer and your wallet does not find a single block in a day then you loose your trust and it resets your interest back to 0.5%.

Colin is working or additional variables to protect those who have built a lot of trust and have their computer offline for longer than 24 hrs... usually by some kind of upgrading mistake with their operating system or virus software. Right now I stake 24/7 and my interest is a little under 2% after staking for well over 3 months. Your trust key becomes a valuable asset to your nexus investment.

His new proposal to add to the existing trust system would be a vacation period allowed for those who stake. Something like x amount of days = x percentage of days allowed to vacation from holding network trust keys. Example: 1 day vacation for 1 week of staking. 4 days vacation for 4 weeks of staking etc

Everyone,

Thanks for explaining how the Proof of Stake works.
By the way, so there is no way for me to do PoW using my laptop?
Do you guys have a tutorial on how to build a cheap miner, or if i can use the usb sticks?

I am really glad on this thread. It represents the Nexus project very well, which is built on trust.

Not worth you mining on your laptop you will break it with heat. Just make a dead cheap computer with good cooling or an open box one.

It's all about how good your graphics cards so everything else just get basic apart from your PSU. Don't cheap out on that.

So the set-up you gave me is for litecoin mining. So litecoin has the same algorithm as nexus niro? At this point, I don't think I can shell out that much money.

Is anyone willing to sell some of their nexus niro's on the current market price? I currently have .1 btc available and willing to trade.
