I agreed.most of litcoins are controlled by Chinese and they just dump and pump.

Look at the chart in a greater scale, it's clear that they pump, and after they dump hard on the noobs.

No new money, no moon.

Even in the event that an attacker gains more than 50% of the network's computational power, only transactions sent by the attacker could be reversed or double-spent. The network would not be destroyed.

bitcoin will hit thousands in the years to come
litecoin will be seen as the silver alternative and will value hundreds
both coins are extremely cheap right now... gather as much as you can because they are scarce- this is what people forget

$3.7 USD, now that is officially dead. Dropped to 10% of what it was earlier in the year. If you invested $1000, you would've got back $100.

ltc is $4.37 on btc-e what are you talking about Smiley it doesn't matter if you have $100 now... you can have $10,000 in a few years... long term investment is still a strange term for many

Many people lack this long term perspective and then blame crypto for their losses as they believed it to be a get quick rich scheme. Still there are many alts out there which  better be dead.

Thing is, Litecoin has nothing going for it to drive it's price up and the constant drop in price has shown that, 2+ years after it was released. It has no features, not that big a community, and no hard working dev team. It's gone.

I managed to sell whatever Litecoin i had at a decent profit. I really don't see any way up for Litecoin as they have nothing unique going for them, they just piggy-backed on the success of Bitcoin and hoped that people would adopt them, which they did, initially. Now since they have nothing else going for them and BTC seems to be running away, looks like most people have seen the writing on the wall. Unfortunately, there is too much invested in Litecoin atm, which means that it will not die a quick death like every other alt coming out these days, instead i see a pump and dump by big whales in the near future.

Ur wrong look at volume.. it will create incentive thats what open source is all about. As a dev I know the importance of litecoin and its more than any shitcoin u put under ur pillow at night thats for sure. Ie if ltc or btc change blockchain structure there goes all the alts piggy backing.

It will recover like bitcoin did, my guess is that it will drop to $2.5. Bitcoin needs alternative and LTC is closest to that.

Hey guys take a look at the chart - looks to me like there are some serious waves of litecoin adoption heading in from the west. Does this mean we could head over $5 or might there be a another test of the recent low ?

look at all other coins, they lost 95% in value! Litecoin is strong compared to these. Litecoin will always be number 2 and the silver of the cryptoworld  Smiley
