Hi, is there a way to add a second portfolio? So I can track two portfolios that shouldn't be mixed. If not, could you add it please?
Thanks for the great app!

Nope, you can't add a second portfolio.Unless you make on your android phone a second user account like guest, but that's time consuming..

Well, backup would be something very useful, no doubt. But I'd like also the option to add more currencies to switch with tap on the main screen, to see my portfolio in bitcoins, ether, dollars, euros etc.

I really love this app and use it several times a day! The only thing thing up until now I find confusing is this (and this is just an example): - I add the trading pair NEO/BTC - I add a Buy transaction for 1 NEO, trading price 0.01 BTC - When I save this, it shows the Net Cost to be 36 EUR (my currency setting) - A day later, BTC price rises to 4000EUR/BTC and the app now shows my Net Cost for this transaction to be 40 EUR This means I can't accurately track my investments and returns. It would be great if this could change to be consistent with the rate at the given timestamp. If this is already possible or I missed something, my apologies otherwise, great app!

Why don't you add the export/import or backup/restore? This is really annoying. What if my phone stolen or broken? How can I access the blockfolio infos?
I was also wondering about how to back up and recover my account if for instance I loss my phone because I sometimes do. At home, my phone was misplaced and found out it was just infront of my porch yet wet already due to rain if such thing happen when my btc is inside how do I get them back? I would die of hunger if this happen. 1000 times this. I hold over 35 coins that I have traded close to 600 trades. I am buying a new phone next week and the thought of having to manually type in each trade for the last two years is not nice. PLEASE give us a way to back up or transfer our trade data. People are trading phones every year or two and this will become a much bigger problem in time.

I'm new to Cryptocurrency and was loving Blockfolio until I ran into a big problem.
As far as I know, the best way to safeguard profits when the crypto market dips, is to change your coins into USDT / Tether which is always matched to the dollar. Well I did this on Bittrex and went to update my transactions on Blockfolio but it doesn't look like it's on there. I can only see USDT for the Kraken exchange and it is just USDT / USD. I doesn't support USDT against any other cryptocurrencies. HALP?
I'm stuck with a bunch of info on Blockfolio that's no longer relevant, I don't know what to do.
Will Blockfolio end up supporting USDT? Have I missed something? Is there a better way to transfer money instead of USDT?
I really haven't a clue so any suggestions would be appreciated.

Like you said, USDT is always 1:1 to USD. That means you can use your cryptocurrency paired with USD (for example BTC/USD) for the exchange your trading on in Blockfolio. If I understand you correctly, that should give you what you are looking for.

Thank You, I just had this epiphany while putting on my clothes this morning and rushed back to edit my post, so as not to look like a moron. You beat me to it. You can tell my future in Cryptocurrency is promising!

You can tell my future in Cryptocurrency is promising! Well, all the information that gets thrown upon you can be overwhelming at first. Because crypto can look pretty complex, you sometimes forget to keep it simple. Doesn't make you a moron, it makes you new to this Good thing is: you figured it out yourself before reading it here.. sounds promising to me!

I actually don't like the way that works. I'd rather see the profit/loss in fiat based on historic BTC buy price and current BTC price, but so be it.

In the absence of USDT on Blockfolio, I have attempted to sell my coins to USD except there is no option to choose this for my exchange Bittrex. I believe this means that the coins I purchased and registered on Blockfolio are essentially stuck there, because if I chose a different exchange to sell in USD then the two are not reconciled.
Does anyone wish to comment on this?

If I understand you correctly, you're trying to sell your coins using the Blockfolio app. Blockfolio is not an exchange app. It is an app that allows you to make an overview of your holdings. That way you can keep track of your investments easily. If you want to sell your coins, you will have to login to the exchange where you hold them and sell them there.

Sorry I mean I have sold my coins on the exchange and want blockfolio to reflect this, however I ran into the problem described above. To recap, I have purchased various alt coins on Bittrex and this info went into Blockfolio perfectly, but now that I have sold my coins for USDT on Bittrex, I cannot work out how to show this on Blockfolio. It looks like the only option on Blockfolio for the Bittrex exchange is to sell in BTC. Since I haven't sold in BTC I am at a loss as to what to do. There is no option to sell in either USDT, or USD.

Ok, i got your point. There are no such option, its a little tricky since blackfolio is not a full accounting fortfolio. You have do it manual if you want to shown your btc When you sell your altcoin, your alt qty will reduce and you gain btc in return as blockfolio didnt directly count the btc that you gain for that transaction, you have to input (buy) btc manually against fiat

I don't have BTC - I sold my altcoins for USDT. I guess the bottom line is that Blockfolio can't handle selling alt coins for USDT or USD and has no way of dealing with my transactions. In my case then, it seems Blockfolio is only useful to keep track of market value on cryptocurrency.

I believe it should be possible to reflect this in Blockfolio in some fashion, because if the trading pair exists, Blockfolio should have it listed. I just tried it with Neo, since I know NEO/USDT is a trading pair on Bittrex, but Blockfolio doesn't list it as an available exchange for NEO/USD. But at least I can find the pair and have it reflect my transaction in USD (although it's at the wrong exchange, it's an indication). That's the best I can come up with at the moment. Hope this helps somewhat!

Hope this helps somewhat! Answered above... Let's take for example ETH! If you are looking for the pair ETH/BTC, of course you can not convert to USD. But you can add the pair ETH/USD. Blockfollio is only a portfollio trackr, the transfer feature does not exist. But you can do it manually. ETH/BTC sell 10 ETH for 0 ETH/USD buy 10 ETH for 0 ETH/USD sell 10 ETH for 300$
