yep, lack of regular updates is sending Aercoin into a dive...need regular updates to stop this ship from sinking.
edit: oh and im in quite a number of different coins, and I have to say this is by far the worst regarding regular updates from Dev team.
Humm, i find that hard to believe.. I can name a few coins (However i choose not to mention) which in fact are straight up scams. I would rather be apart of a crypto coin project which actually has a dedicated person behind it as opposed to a clone straight up P&D scam crap.
As i explained a few pages back. lot of technical stuff is being waded through atm.
AeroME is a complete software package. from the ground up much of which required custom code and adaption or existing frameworks, custom build tools and a custom toolchain. Im neck deep in making aerome-client, aerome-uppdp (call home updater process), aerocoin-client (rcp lib. for aerome-client),
lots of funky mongoose & mongodb stuff.
optimising my deployment servers
custom glup plugins and also grunt build processes (yes im using both gulp and also grunt),
karma/mocha testing & supertest tasks,
--dev --production deployment tasks,
JSDOC documentation parsing tasks,
Bower tasks (bootstrap .LESS watcher tasks) /angular/custom jquery (cut-down for angular));
plus lots of unit testing.
minification,
uglify,
custom webkit build processes,
binary dependency issues along with cross platform support needs to be catered for just to name a few things.
It just seeing idiots shouting stuff like this is SCAM, this coin is such and such, this coin is so and so is really disheartening and is a real shame.
Since May i have been busing a nut on Aero, along with countless other things for aero however you DO NOT hear me moaning when things start to go wrong but instead i dealt with issues and got them fixed. In fact much of which you guys were not privy to however said issues would have had disastrous consequences if left unchecked. However, i knuckled down and got stuck into and fixed (once again)
This is deja vu.. We have been here before no?
Look what happened then. You doubters were proved wrong (once again) so i suggest you doubters either sell what you have and move on to another coin and stop wasting my time OR you either have a little blind faith, or at least have faith based on past history of never letting you down and accept that i am competent at what i do best and support ME if you cant find it in yourselfs to support me personally then try to find it in you to support the crypto movement in general which is what aero stands for.
It dosent help anyone mostly you by spouting your mouths off about what YOU think will happen. I don't like to sound my own trumpet but I do have a tendency to drop features when ppl least expect them. now, weather i do that with AeroME or not is another story! you will have to wait patiently and see OR move on to another coin. i prefer the former than the latter but the choice in not mine to make.
I really love my work and seeing the fruits of my labor pay off for the community is my greatest buzz, believe me im not in this for the money there are x1000 better ways for myself, personally to make money, however im fortunate in the fact i do not consider the number of digits in my bank account value of my worth or consider it my primary motivation. This is not why i choose to do this.. I do this because i said I would and I am a man of my word. If making money is a by-product of that fact then so be it "great" if not then its also "great" as I have had a chance in my life to participate in a revolutionary movement which is CRyPToS.
So, i hope you gleaned another brief insight into my dedication to this project and also the person that i am.. I hope you all understand Im here for you just the same how i like to think you guys are here for me to..
