That wasn't me, but I picked up about 20k for 300 sat. Wish I found it earlier, but meh. I am mining some too with my little rig. I'm part of the network, woohoo.

Good news everyone, we are now on version 0.8.6.3. This is not a major release and if you already have a working client installed you can skip this one, however if you are a new user or are unable to connect then this new release is for you.

What we have done is created a DNS seeder for the CannabisCoin network. When the client first connects to the network it asks the seeder for a list of other clients to connect to. Without a DNS seeder you will have problems connecting which is why there was addnode information shared on the first post in this thread, those addnode entries were a way of manually specifying other clients to connect to. We can now do away with addnode information as clients will now automatically connect to the network.

On top of this a small list of pnSeeds have also been defined in the client source code, these are simply other clients to connect to if the DNS seeder is down, it is like defining addnode information in the source code. This update is the first in many to help develop the CannabisCoin client and network.

Small point to note, the dark interface wallet has been retired. Alternative or improved interfaces will no doubt be returned to in the future.

UPDATE:

Hi Everyone,

I got back late tonight from Las Vegas, Nevada.  I think I gained 15 pounds from buffets and coffee


Some quick updates for you.

While I was in Las Vegas, was able to meet some very interesting community leaders, made new friends, and possible partners/participants of CannabisCoin WOOT! WOOT!.
I Will be frequently visiting the state to have more meets regarding Medical Marijuana and CannabisCoin.  Next Date Oct 3rd-5th in Las Vegas.

Future meetings will be announced but we will keep the other parties identities private from now on.
This is because other coins and their supporters are watching and are contacting the parties while I am enroute for the meeting.  Funny huh? Not cool.

Lots of Action going on in the background.
Some awesome progress with the CannabisCoin Wallet. Peter will announce the updates and changes very soon!

- My meeting with media consultant went very well and we will be doing a video shoot regarding CannabisCoin.  Starting this week.

- Meeting with local partners and team tomorrow to go over more important information for the upcoming events.  More on that as it comes!  No more spoilers!

- We have also been meeting extensively regarding strategies and plans within the core team to make sure CannabisCoin supporters are being heard and will be able to see history in the making!  It's a community!  Not a company!

What is the deal with the premine? Not trying to FUD, just curious... I'm seeing tweets about it.

Some tool was screaming 40% premine in C-Cex trollbox.

He shutup & disappeared when I called him out on it.

No problem guys and thanks, CannabisCoin released on 4/20/14 as SCRYPT Alg.  It was mined about 21.8mil  up until we decided to drop SCRYPT and go X11 Alg with KGW.  We did a hard fork and premined 1st block on X11 to do the buyback program of mined coins from old to new X11 algo,  This was all paid to the miners manually as agreed.  Noone wanted to lose their coins.

Scrypt version STOPPED @ 52080
Total coins = 21873600 mined

approx. 21882000 - was paid out.

To sum up...
- Approx 21 million CannabisCoins were originally mined under Scrypt
- When CannabisCoin moved to X11, approx 21 million was 'premined' to use for the Scrypt to X11 BuyBack/Conversion at 1:1 rate.
- The 'premine' was not held by the devs, but distributed to all holders of the old Scrypt coins.
