I have 100 coins from a giveaway unconfirmed been sitting in wallet since April and the TXID is not on the block chain explorer, did I miss some exchange of coins or something?

I'm on the latest wallet 0.8.6.3 and wallet is synced

Status: 0/unconfirmed
Date: 21/04/2014 07:50
Credit: 100.00 CANN
Net amount: +100.00 CANN
Transaction ID: 46060387f07423ecb36828cc78183254c468315c582ccb4b06f0d86a7ea59eba

20 pages and nobody has offered help, that's the spirit

If your coin was from april, they were in the scrypt wallet.

Read this: (From post #371 on page 19 of this thread)

-------------------------------------------------------------

CannabisCoin released on 4/20/14 as SCRYPT.  It was mined about 21.8mil  up until we decided to drop SCRYPT and go X11 with KGW.  We did a hard fork and premined 1st block on X11 to do the buyback program of mined coins from old to new X11 algo,  This was all paid to the miners manually as agreed.  Noone wanted to lose their coins.

Scrypt version STOPPED @ 52080

-------------------------------------------------------------

So as I understand it, you're coin are lost. (if the buyback program doesn't exist anymore. That, I don't know because I started mining CANN August 8 and it was already X11.)

Question:
just started using CCminer to mine with my Nvidia card... my bat file looks like this, the program is running but nothing is showing up on the pool?
any suggestions ?

ccminer -a x11 -o stratum+tcp://stratum1.suchpool.pw:3373 -O Weblogin.WorkerName:WorkerPassword

I see you use http://suchpool.pw/cann/index.php

They have a great "getting started" guide with link to download the mining software:

http://suchpool.pw/cann/index.php?page=gettingstarted

You then need to change "-u Weblogin.Worker -p Worker password" to reflect your own account. Eg, "-u Steve.StevesWorker -p StevesWorkerPassword"

None that i can think of, im no lawyer. There are no legal ramifications for taking cash so i dont see why cryptocurrency would have some (As long as you follow taxs!)

As long as you are a legal customer with your id and MMJ card, you are fine.

The merchant can take CANN as a form of payment or coupon etc.

DeltaNine will be onsite at HWC today!
Any Special Requests?  Photos?

How does it work in US/AZ ? Is it "only" a Shop, you go in, buy your stuff and walk away... or is it more like a coffee shop in the netherlands? A place where you can smoke your stuff or drink maybe eat something?

In America it doens't work like that for what i know. Like this stores in America is based for patients. Not like the coffeeshops in holland.
I guess in holland they would like to take this coin as an payment. I don't want to know how many shops we have in holland xd So our country would make a big pump if they gonna accept cannabiscoin.

Holy crap i never even thought about hollond. You should definitely go to a couple shops and tell them the gist of it and point them in D9s direction if they are interested.

They could accept it, just that they would not likely peg. They would need an exchange rate and some type of POS setup

You go in and check in. After card validated (paperwork first time) then go to the secure area with the weed. You purchase and go about your day. HWC seems to take time for people. Explaining Sativa (Green Crack) and an I Indica which CANN is backed by. Indica is more of couch lock deal. Sativa Sky diving.

I was also seeing question on volume. From ADHS

"April 11th 2011 to June 30th 2014, there were 583,169 transactions made by the 41,389 currently active qualifying patients totaling 3,849.6 kilograms of marijuana (~3.8 metric tons)"

Card have doubled and this is only above board regardless 3.8 metric tons is a lot of weed. I know I bought my portion.

Hopefully D9 give details of the 3 a day. If I can get 3 grams a day for nothing I will do it every day till they run out. Trust me I am not quitting after 40 years...

http://www.azdhs.gov/medicalmarijuana/documents/reports/2014/medical-marijuana-quarterly-report-july-2014.pdf

Thank you for explaining that process.  D9 will be there today.
They will be setting up remaining point of sale systems.  I believe they will be able to take in 4 or 5 patients at a time.

Is this backed by a professional legal opinion? Cause I would hate to be invest in Cann and then hear about dispensaries getting raided for accepting cryptocurrencies!

Hey devs,

Think D9 could give us some shoutouts via paper and sharpie?
For example, "Thanks Normandoyle for Supporting Cannabiscoin!" or something similar?

This would be awesome. Even if he used my full name instead of the forum name!
As well as other shoutouts to other members would be awesome!

Payment is payment.  They will need to report their earnings if they cash out just like any other biz that takes crypto (Dell, overstock, etc)

You can accept crypto almost everywhere. There is no difference whether it is pub or MJ shop.

As long as the bookkeeping is fine it's okay.

Just wrote an email to Editor and "POT40" from HIGHTIMES Magazine with some links, asking them to look into this start-up venture.

There are lots of smokers/patients that know nothing about the world of crypto and might miss out on what this business model can offer

how cool would it be for the cann project as a whole to be featured in hightimes.  this will be good, not just for cann, but for crypto as well.

I messaged the owner of wesellredd.com asking him to make wesellcann.com Smiley

Correct.  We have things setup for their internal tracking and their existing point of sale software,
