No, I'm not a competitor. Just a medical patient with a keyboard.

What happened to your claim that you've worked in the medical marijuana industry since 2005?

Just change and shift your story every time you get caught, huh?

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

I'm not sure if the connection between the Herbal Wellness Center and DeltaNine is even deniable anymore.

It's been denied by HWC directly.

At this point you are spreading misinformation known to be false.

You should stop.

Someone from this forum has reportedly already called the Herbal Wellness Center, and they confirmed that DeltaNine is a Licensed Cultivator/Supplier for the Herbal Wellness Center. DeltaNine was not named as the owner of the dispensary however.

Thanks and sorry for any confusion

Arizona law requires dispensaries to operate on a Not-for-Profit basis. A dispensary may still pay it's employees or it's principal board members (owners) a salary, rather any profit leftover after paying all salaries and business expenses must be donated to a 501(c)(3)non-profit at the end of the year. But it is the DISPENSARY that must operate on a Not-for-Profit basis, there is NO requirement that individual patients operate on a not-for-profit basis when selling marijuana to other patients.

No, I'm not a competitor of HWC. But ironically, IF I were a competing dispensary, it would demonstrate my point remarkably that Arizona dispensaries simply can not and will not work together for the best interest of patients.. They put profits FIRST.

Fella... Your posts are contradictory, confusing & seemingly argumentative for the sake of being argumentative.

The final straw.... One minute dispensaries must be non-profit... next they are only concerned about profits.

Sorry, but you are now on my ignore list.

Edited to add:  All you posters screamin' in big red text... All ignored.

Blah Blah

Thank you as always for reading my words!

WarEagle, he just wants people to reply so his FUD gets reposted and fills each page - don't reply Wink

BlockaFett,

Perhaps the grand irony is that my long-winded responses filled with intelligent conversation are doing WONDERS to promote Cannabis Coin in the search engine rankings and in turn to promote the overall awareness of the coin in Arizona.

Lucky for Cannabis Coin, I prefer a well thought out discussion rather than unintelligent one-liners that render the reader less intelligent for having read them. Thanks again for your quality input into the conversation!

Your favorite search engine thanks me, even if you won't.

Could you imagine if I were telling you my concerns in REAL LIFE? How many of you would let me speak my mind, and then just yell out "FUDDER!!!!" and walk away? Is that how you all conduct yourselves in the real world?

I think we're all adults here. I'm a person who is typing something. If you don't feel that my points are valid, disagree. Rebut my ideas even. But FFS it's so incredibly childish to simply call someone names who is speaking their mind.

Thanks

As we start attracting new people into this space that might not be familiar with crypto, I'd request it serves us best to take a professional approach. We aren't some nonsense coin that floods Bitcointalk, we have reach in the physical world. Disagreements are fine, but resorting to any type of name-calling or accusations of 'fud' doesn't serve our best interests. As a decent size investor, this is just a concern I'm sharing with the community, nothing more. There will always be the 'sup bro' generation coming here, just forgive them and correct. Smiley  Point out where they have misinformation and move on... we have a lot to do before Monday.

Just read your post, so thought I'd do a bit of investigating.

So I just called the Herbal Wellness Center and spoke to a nice chap named Long, he is the Operations Manager and confirmed that D9 has no corporate affiliation with their company whatsoever - The Herbal Wellness Center are just supporting and giving back to the community by acting as a platform to test out the CANN business model.

D9 does not own this dispensary he is just a licensed cultivator/supplier.

Secondly, I think it unfair that anyone is to be labelled "FUDSTER" or alike : )   Your questions/concerns are warranted, because like most of us, we had the same questions a week-month ago too.

I think this project has enormous potential and if it were mine, i would have gone about it the same way D9 and team are doing. i.e:

-Reaching out the reputable Dispensaries

-Testing out implementation / POS system / Promotion via a generous exchange ratio (In time, I feel this can be amended, by community consensus)

RockHound,

Thanks for standing with me and my right to ask questions!

I suspected that DeltaNine was not the actual Owner, rather an employee of the Herbal Wellness Center. Your comments confirm that suspicion.

In Arizona, a person can only become a licensed cultivator for a dispensary or supply marijuana to a dispensary if they apply for and receive a Medical Marijuana Dispensary Agent card from the Arizona Department of Health Services.

In order to obtain a Dispensary Agent card, you must be designated as an active employee of a Licensed Medical Marijuana Dispensary when you apply with AZDHS.

Meaning, DeltaNine might not be the owner of Herbal Wellness Center, but he IS being employed by them or in the alternative, some other Arizona Medical Marijuana dispensary. Though, all signs seem to indicate that it is indeed HWC that he works for..

In other words; It is simply IMPOSSIBLE to become a licensed cultivator for a dispensary in Arizona unless a dispensary employs you and allows you to possess the license.

Thanks for reading, even if you disagree with me. I respect your opinion.

Hey sure thing brother : )

Don't know where/how I'm confirming your suspicions that he's an employee of HWC??

He not an employee - Mr Long the Operations Manager told me a representative from the CANN team initially approached them and asked whether they would be interested in helping out? - it's purely community-based and I got a sense of altruism when chatting earlier - he's a good guy.

With respect to State/Governmental compliance  - I'm pretty sure D9's invested interest is all above board, but you could simply contact the CANN team directly for further clarification:

support@cannabiscoin.net

They have been completely transparent and supportive in, let's face it, a Speculative market to the community thus far, I'm sure they would be able to assist with any queries you have mate. I think it's more like a contractor-type arrangement, where D9 and team are a 3rd party supplier.

I'm an exploration geologist and have contracted many other specialists to conduct various field exploration activities like Drilling, Geophysical Surveys and Earthworks. Although they have complete works for us they are not employees of ours and legally work for their respective companies.

I'm not 100% certain about how CANN team and HWC have structured their relationship, I didn't ask Long, but like I said before definitely worth shooting an email over to CANN support team to inquire. Let us know what you find out : )

There are many dispensaries in Arizona and I'm sure their respective Suppliers are not under their employment, surely not? I'm just a lowly geologist not a solicitor or lawyer so don't know the legal in's and out's, thus not qualified to interpret.

I'm hoping sure D9's CANN project is fully legal

D9's close relationship with HWC, combined with his apparent knowledge regarding the AZDHS inspection of the Herbal Wellness Center's facility, combined also with the fact that he was given access to record video at their Medical Marijuana Cultivation Facility, strongly implies that he is an employee of the Herbal Wellness Center. This assumption is furthered by pictures of him posing in the dispensary and with dispensary staff.

So, if D9 is NOT an employee of the HWC, then he must be employed by SOME dispensary in order to have obtained a Dispensary Agent Card from AZDHS. It is of course possible that DeltaNine could be a third party supplier in terms of implementing the Cannabis Coin into dispensary operations, BUT for DeltaNine to legally supply HWC or ANY DISPENSARY in Arizona, he would need to possess a Dispensary Agent Card to do so.

And believe it or not, Arizona law does require that a person must possess a valid Medical Marijuana Dispensary Agent card to supply marijuana to a licensed dispensary. To receive a Medical Marijuana Dispensary Agent card, one must be employed by Licensed Medical Marijuana dispensary.

I think this coin is the best way for MMJ shops to operate. shit even illegal drug dealers will start to accept cannabiscoin for weed... its so much better than dollars. i actually think this Coin will revolutionize the whole weed industry in america, maybe even the world in the near future. Can't wait until Holland jumps on board this then I can drive up there n get some free weed Grin

I just wish i would've known about this coin earlier and had a better mining rig to support the hashing.

YES WE CANN!

Why use CANN instead of easier to spend BTC or totatlly anonymous/private XMR?

Because they accept it, nuff said.

FUDDERS in FULL FORCE TODAY!

Haters are ANGRY at the success of the Cannabiscoin team. And trust me, they are EVERYWHERE!

I WILL continue to repeat myself:

STEER CLEAR and IGNORE:

-Worthless and meaningless FUD

-FUD spreaded by "trusted" members. These individuals are either being paid or are straightup ignorant. "TRUSTED" members are not always trustworthy. Big RED flag if you see "trusted" members spewing FUD posts left and right.

-Distractions. AVOID THEM. Hear people putting CANN down and putting another MJ coin on a pedestal? RED FLAG.

EVERYTHING is going great.

Cannabiscoin is going global faster than we think. Everything is GREEN.
OCTOBER 20TH is only the beginning!

Once again, I cannot stress this enough!!!! STEER CLEAR OF FUD AND DISTRACTIONS!

We are all on a successful path!

I AM however an Arizona medical marijuana patient/grower who has worked in the medical marijuana industry in California since 2005, and Arizona since 2009.

So you're a competitor to HWC.

Got it.  Noted. Exactly as suspected.

No, I'm not a competitor of HWC.

You say you've worked in the industry for nine years.

Do you sell marijuana to other patients?

If the answer is yes (and for your claim to be the 'industry' to be true, it pretty much has to be), then you're a competitor.

You're threatened by change. Understandable.  But you'd be better served to learn and adapt instead of fighting it out of fear.

I don't currently sell marijuana to other patients, but I'd be a liar if I said that I had never done so.

How's this for honest and transparent? Even though I don't work for any dispensary, and I don't sell marijuana to any patients, I WOULD be willing to accept the notion that I'm a competitor simply in the sense that I don't support the CORPORATE dispensary model and the high prices for marijuana that come along with it.

So in a nutshell;

NO I do not support the $400/Ounce prices that Herbal Wellness Center has advertised on their website.

YES I do support selling 1 gram of medical marijuana for 6 cents.

My agenda is working to lower prices of medical marijuana for seriously ill patients, and if Cannabis Coin furthers that agenda, awesome!

My point is simple though; EVERYONE has an AGENDA, myself included, even if they aren't specifically a competitor by definition.

Change I can handle, so long as it furthers the end goal of helping the patients. If it doesn't further that agenda, it's worthless.

Asking sick people to convert their USD to Cannabis Coin so that they can buy 1 specific house strain of marijuana from 1 particular dispensary, rather than buying the strain that actually works for their condition, is NOT in the best interest of seriously ill patients.

Thanks
