Ya it is rented for .2btc per month atm.
The butthurt runs so strong in this one that he has resulted to lying for no reason.
Bitcoin mining is now a specialized and very risky industry, just like gold mining. Amateur miners are unlikely to make much money, and may even lose money. Bitcoin is much more than just mining, though!

Cool where have you been my man I missed you.

Come on though, he's so butthurt he's pretending BitDice are paying him for an unrelated redirect that he doesn't even shill any more.

I think BAC used to use the prcdice.com site to generate affliates. However, he seems to be earning more if he lets it redirect to bitdice.

Would you pay me anything at all to redirect any useless domain I paid a few bucks for? He isn't even generating affiliates now, just redirecting because he was allegedly duped out of a few cents.

I removed his affiliate because he setup a page that warned people not to play at PRC and claimed I was not trustworthy and redirected to a competitors site. He also marked this btctalk account with negative trust. I don't know how anyone can think he should still have affiliate pay for that.

If it's true that Bitdice.me are renting that then:
1)They are wasting their money as PRC will be re-branded soon (when v2 is launched) and no marketing will be done for any PRC domain.

2)It's pretty scummy and doesn't seem like a trustworthy site if they are willing to directly mislead customers like that. Bay also offered it to Stunna and other dice owners who all said no.

If new players are capable of reading English I would have to disagree. I would wipe any affiliate earnings linked to that account. It used to be a link saying don't deposit, and that Dean Nolan will steal your coins. Dean even paid out his affiliates during this time.

If that's what the BitcoinTalk "trust" system is, I can't see why anyone would want any part of it. It's sort of funny in a way that the only legitimate dice site operator who allows crowdsourced bankrolling has negative trust. All the scammers were shilled for by multiple different members here, only for them to conveniently forget about how many people they unintentionally screwed over.

Was? Nothing has changed, and PRC is still going after nearly 20 months. Feel free to try your luck on dicebitco.in, dice.ninja, bikiniscam or any of the other brand new dice sites run by people with "Newbie" accounts. A really smart way to use your BTC.

So Dean agrees to pay BAC his affliate money to get the negative trust removed, then later goes back on his words and cuts his pay again. So "Dean'ish"
Dooglus, maybe you should keep checking/withdraw your funds too, you might have a similar message stating, that the 1 btc was now taken back as we don't like you anymore.

Warning: Trade with extreme caution!

that is all a new member may read if he is unfamiliar with Bitcointalk trust system.
I still trust Dean and I´m also invested and playing on PRC (soon to be renamend to ?)...

just saying that it is maybe preventing the site from growing Wink

he should work something out with this BAC dude in order to get the trust removed.
That would really help the sites reputation (because not everyone will
bother to read a long thread just to know if BACs accusations are true)

I doubt thats happening now. The trust says "Not going to remove this regardless of payment or not."
He did change his original trust rating to neutral before, but doesn't look like he will be doing it again.

It is unfairly given and shows just how flawed the trust system is here and how open to abuse it is.

The real solution is for actual investors, especially long term ones, and players of PRC who do trust the site to leave positive trust to cancel it out.

this may just be a negotiation angle by BAC (=getting more money out of Dean).
They are both grown men and they should both have incentives to get this shit
sorted out.

Deans advantages:
-getting rid of negative trust
-potentially more players
-more turnover
-more commission
-can continue to use bitcointalk as advertising without negative trust
-keep an active affiliate (BAC has shown that he is able to generate players for various sites)
...

BAC advantages:
-continue being an affiliate for PRC
-maybe compensation in terms of BTC or fiat
-not wasting a domain (because Dean is going to rebrand his domain is soon going to be worthless... better make some BTC now than be stuck
with a useless domain in a few weeks)
...

there may be even more advantages I just mentioned a few...

I even would offer to be a mediator in this case just to help them getting
this sorted out.
(and maybe make some BTC in the process  Grin )

i completely agree with you, the trust system essentially incentivizes all kinds of blackmail attempts  Angry
But we obviously can´t change that therefore you should come to an agreement with him.

(not saying it must be a BTC or fiat payment, there may be other solutions)

Wow, that new and improved Dean didn't last long. Your story seems to be at odds with the actual timeline, at least as observed from reading this thread. BAC set up that warning AFTER you threw a fit here, locked the thread, and threatened to remove his affiliate pay for setting up a new thread. Then apparently you two made up somehow and we're now at round two. If his referred players are playing, and bringing you profits, I don't know how you can think he should not have affiliate pay for that.

Do you even have some T&Cs for the affiliate program or are you just deciding who to pay or not as you go?

I think you're clearly twisting facts here, he did all that because you said you wouldn't pay him for an unrelated and petty reason. Cause meet effect.

I would have thought the Dooglus issue was a good lesson, when you're in the wrong you're better off just admitting it, people will forgive you and everyone can move on. If you keep act like an arrogant brat people will think of you as such.

There is nothing new in that.
Here is how things started going bad for me on the site:
https://i.imgur.com/jtT5ewM.png  - Me agreeing to 1 BTC, and asking him to send it now, as errors like these can be covered up in the database incase it was an actual nonce skip.
https://i.imgur.com/PntlSko.png - Him, lying in the chat, that I asked for more, when he offered 1 BTC , and he said that was the reason I was not paid.

Perhaps, if my trust gave him a red sign, things would have been different.
The site now averages 20 players, which was about 40 a month back, and over 60  around 6 weeks back. Its pretty obvious with whats happening.
