yes, if dev is honest he will get more money even if he keep 10% of his premine, then he sell all premine, it is up to him, get few btc or hundreds btc

i've never had an issue with what the dev does with the premine. I just don't like it when someone says one thing and does another.
My vote was that dev just keeps the premine - stake will be good from the premine and he can use it to benefit the coin in the future.
As long as he honours all bounties - i'm walking away happy.

i think that's a bit pre-emptive, perhaps the developer has been working tirelessly trying to get merchants on board - however this does not excuse his ignorance but as of now, nothing has been proven that the dev is a scammer - there is only supposition regarding his reluctance to pay bounties.
