I think, hashing power of each worker and/or IP should be limited to not more than 50 MH/s

Agreed. Per account.

x13 please.   Cheesy

looking at the wallet just wanted to point out that judges don't use hammers only in the movies. auctioneers use hammers.

I agree. It did very well for Mineral, and is a nice way to avoid massive early dumps from big farms that are really harmful for the coin.

it looks good, i will mine it

check out Minerals, they limited hashing power, although you could cheat by IP`s or something, i mined it with 4 280x cards for 5 days and now have 0.17 btc

life is amazing

There is a point to what you are saying.  Although it would be foolish to post an ID or Passport unless you want someone to start identity theft on you.

I am leaning towards posting my real name, degree, and IT certifications...

I don't see massive dumps as bad.  There are many people who have no other way to get coins.  In the end the market will drive the price whether it is mined by a farm or individuals.

If I can chip in - even if not done for this coin hash rate limitation is the way of the future imo.

I am not sure I understand how that is enforceable... How are they limiting the pools hash rate?

The idea is intriguing... any links to details on how it is done?

Think again dev,

Big farms=big dumps

Big dump = lower price that EVERYONE has access too = fair distribution

More people have access to exchange than to big mining gear

check the minerals thread (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=641057.0).
there was only 1 worker allowed per account and all workers limited to 50mh/s

you have to host or control all pools if you wanna do this.

i also think this is the future for a fair distribution

(sorry for my english)

I dont think controlling hash rate through pools is effective and leaves openings to cheat.  What is to stop someone from making their own pool if they have large rigs?

EDIT: If someone wanted to game the system they could put a pool limitation out...then setup private pools with no limitation and it would be the same as an instamine.
