I have been monitoring Judge because of utahjohn's support. I think in today's crypto environment, you need more than just good community. For example Doge huge "to da moon" community is still not enough to support the coin. Remember that a lot of community members that shout "to da moon" are only using the community to buy the coin they want to dump. My 2 cents is to split half yr hashing power to mine/keep Judge and the other half to mine with profit switch pool and use the income to buy/keep Judge. You need more buy walls with huge buy amount to discourage dumping. Plan for a community pool to mine profitable coins and pay out in Judge when in POS. In addition to POS interest and "assured" buying activity after POS, more people will be attracted to invest in Judge for long term. Good luck.
Agree with you.

Dumped all my DOGE at a huge loss a while ago, I think they are a dead dog now ... Still holding MOON at a loss right now and can only hope dev's of MOON can revive it ... looked at MOON market on coinedup.com, now in the mLTC market, not promising Going to sell 25 million (half holdings) and hold the rest. Buy JUDGE now 900 buy wall growing Going to take me a while (MOON -> LTC -> BTC -> JUDGE), so lets establish buy wall at 900

Thanks for the feedback. You make some good points. I have gone out of my way to prevent the "to the moon" hype associated with other coins. We definitely have some sell pressure as waffle and trademybit think judge coins are juicy pieces of meat. While I don't want hype I dont want the pools to adversely affect the price either. We definitely need to get the word out as the more people that know and support judge the more of the sell pressure they will absorb. This is where the community can help. SOCIAL MEDIA IS KEY! Tweet, Retweet, Share on Facebook, Post on reddit, Upvote. * Spreading the word about judge coin will help absorb the nasty down pressure caused by waffle and trade *We have our lead dev already working on the pool that will pay out in judge during pos. It is already a judge mining pool and we will switch it over. This is being developed in house. http://pool.judgecoin.com1 week into the coin launch and i realize the work has just begun. I have always told the community this is a long term project. The infrastructure is being built for sustainability not pump and dump. I cant guarantee where the price will be, but i can guarantee I will work hard for this community.

As far as buy walls I dont recommend them. Buy what you can at the best price. Sometimes when you make a buy wall you are helping the pool make a profit. As the price settles in other coins may become more profitable and then the pools will leave. Telling your friends and sharing on social media is the best way to help Judge Coin.

I'm watching MAIAcoin also and it is struggling to recover after pure PoS kicked in ... With no buy wall I see JUDGE continuing to drop into the ~850 range now More for me when I complete converting MOON -> BTC I am still waiting for a painfully slow transaction of MOON -> Coinedup.com sheesh it is close to death

Because the Devs never care about the price of this coin you know!

Because the Devs never care about the price of this coin you know! We care about the price of the coin but there is nothing any coin could do in the face of these gigantic multipool dumps whilst PoW is still going on. Look at Vertcoin- a well established coin and it is being completely wrecked by Wafflepool's constant dumping. Once our PoW ends we will have a multipool paying out in Judge which will drive the price back up.

One thing I'm pretty sure is that this dump is not caused by multipool. We're staking much much faster than expected and we don't have that much coins left (estimated total < 12 million). Think about it when you want to sell high and buy back low.

That's a hypocritical attitude to say MP's are destroying coins when your intentions are to do the same thing to other coins in order to mine JUDGE after PoW.
I'd be more afraid of the market manipulators and trading bot's. We have to be the market makers and set buy walls for stability.

It is yes, however, we can't stop other multipools damaging our coin and their volume will only grow in future. It seems to me that the only way to counter effectively counter a multipool dumping is to not be listed on an exchange but that was out of our control. If there was a better solution, I'd love to hear it because I'd push to get it implemented- I simply don't know of any.

Have a look at the blocks being minted http://chainz.cryptoid.info/judge/#!extraction You are spot on that we're staking very quickly. At the time i'm looking, 50/100 of the last blocks were staked but of the remaining blocks, 30/50 were mined by Wafflepool which only pays in BTC, so 60% are being dumped. It would be naive of me to suggest that's the only cause of the price falling but I feel it is a major one.

Remember, in about a week judgecoin pool will do the same. All we can do is buying up the cheap coins and hold them thus reducing the number of coins on the markets. This will cause a slow but steady rise in price.

(I've done this with other coins, absorb all the buy orders I can to lower price and start buying at lower price again...) Another reason for having gigantic buy walls in place
