Is it possible now to send ROX from bittrex to bter?

best way is try to send 1-2 coins first, if they reach on Bter then you can send rest.
But don't think big risk at once.

I don't know about Bter Policy, how and when they remove any coin.
So can't comment on that, normally exchange remove the coin when
trading volume dropped to nil.

I am very doubtful that any working nodes there to add.
I think either sell on Bittrex or forget about RoxCoin.
