Sorry but... Why the project about the merge with vior was abandoned? IMHO the fusion was a great idea (maybe too late now...) It's never "too late", and I say it deserves some serious consideration. Eurbids, You have always had your loyal supporters of your work. We are still here and will support the direction you choose to take. Why must the entire Community suffer for what one or two do? Sincerely, MM

I do hope earbuds is still around. He has been the reason for our interest in Kore. There will always be a few bad apples pushing for a quick return the best way is to ignore them. If he is still around I would like to thank him for all he has done. And if he has left I do wish him good luck. And hope and pray we find another developer.

It is essential that the merger happens. We need , at the very least, encrypted video conferencing and encrypted multi-file transfer capability, by the half of this year.
There will be spectacular movement in the BTC market, before the fall, in which case the entire P2P community, at that, will be attracted towards alternative technologies, fleeing from untrusted and/or untrustworthy software.
I am counting that the merger will see us out of the little league, bittrex-esque, not through the usual fraudulent pumping but with economical REALITY bringing us closer to our goal of replacing SKYPE and other multi-billion-$ spy-affairs.
Make war not piss.

SUPPORT the KORE NETWORK - STAKE YOUR COINS ★
★ KORECOIN IS THE ONLY WORKING TOR EMBEDDED TRANSACTION WALLET NEW to Korecoin? btcage has offered 20 Kore and I will add 300 Kore to total 320 Koreto see you support the Kore Network by Staking your coins. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=668886.msg9751718#msg9751718BUT you have to stake for a month...It will be worth it... While we wait for further developments, Support the Kore Network. All's needed is a tiny portion of coins staking at all times. PoS Coins require "Staking" to process transactions through the blockchain and keeping it from getting stuck. Once it gets stuck it requires patience till it frees up. Everyone that's not staking - Support the Network/KORE by downloading the wallet, create an address, deposit some KORE and Keeping the wallet open/staking. It will begin to stake after the coins mature which could take hours so be patient... IF the blockchain get's stuck OR Not syncing leave it open. You will receive all payouts when everything catches up. NOTES: A-Each Address in the Wallet has a max. Stake Capacity of 50K coins. B-Every time you deposit coins they go through the Maturing stage. C-Set aside coins in Settings Tab to send. D-IF you have not staked before it's very simple. give it a try. ★ Thanks for your diligence in supporting KORE! We await revolutionary times ahead.

Hi Kore/Vior Communities, As I have said before I wouldnt merge both coins. The reason is becouse I think there should be competition between both. The competition will make both coins better.
But, given the situation we are living in both coins I agree we are in an especial situation Vior in danger of de-listing and Kore with/without EurbidsIn any case, I think we must keep working together but each one with his problems. Vior wont be de-listed and Eurbids hasnt leave the proyect Common guys, lets make some noise and grow both communities!!!
Both coins have something special to offer!! Let's make the world know about them!!! I've also post the same post in the Kore thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=668886.new#new Vior thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=834910.new#new

We have the same exchange and the same investors base. There is no point for merging. Instead of crying we should be bringing new people to the teams

We have the same exchange and the same investors base. There is no point for merging. This is actually a point to the contrary. If you have the same investors then they wouldn't care if the coin merges and would benefit more it it did. This means if an investor must hedge lower on one coin and profit from the other it is a wash anyways. It would only make their overall coin stronger since there would be only one instead of two coin for anyone else who is not an investor to buy. Then you can make progress with both coins as one and make a return equal to the actual demand for this market. Instead of splitting markets etc. in front of the same audience being the same exchange. Allowing one to fail if you own both means the other is good but you may need to hedge since you will sell off profits of the good and have losses on the other coin.

There are many reasons beyond mere money as to the reasons to merge or not merge them which by far outweigh all the monetary considerations...

Merge= No new exchanges, no new people We need new people and more exchanges, not a fucking mergeTo your point, it is contrary, but it doesn't mean I suggest a merge (no crying here) it only means you didn't think it through before you made the statement. Sounds like you were whining is all, non factual.

hello, lost all active nodes, could someone point me to a list of active nodes please? thank you.
I'm not aware of any fixed IP nodes that can be used. I think the Dev did have some running, however I'm not sure they are still active. I would suggest to leave your wallet running. It should eventually pick up on a node.

I deleted my peers.dat file. this is what I see now in the log: ThreadSocketHandler started 3 addresses found from .onion seeds ThreadOnionSeed exited Flushed 3 addresses to peers.dat 63ms refreshWallet trying connection ta56fvoyjmw3wdss.onion:28556 lastseen=123,3hrs SOCKS5 connecting ta56fvoyjmw3wdss.onion ipcThread started UPnP Port Mapping successful. there seems to be 3 seed addresses but they are currently down. maybe related to http://www.korecoin.org/ being offline?

there seems to be 3 seed addresses but they are currently down. maybe related to http://www.korecoin.org/ being offline? Yes, I would say that the seed addresses not working are related to korecoin.org being offline. There are no alternative static seed nodes that I know of; however, I've uploaded the peers.dat file for one of my wallets, here: https://mega.nz/#!SVFiTQQT!0ZN_GEsjQ_wrlzQsdVYDGLaeBBalQO89NyHob69Y6iAPerhaps using it will get you connected. I hope so, anyway!

Best thing everyone can do right now is stake some coins and if you have the ability to stake on multiple computers to do so. Your support is appreciated. If you are new to Kore and can help, PM me and I will send you some coins to stake. MM
