Why there is a need for security and browsing of the net through TOR:

"The British executive has been running a internet surveillance program way more intrusive than anything else attempted by means of the NSA"
"The knowledge accrued is officially classified as metadata, yet it comprises complete records of sites visited, usernames, or even passwords. Unlike an identical NSA programs, which require FISA court approval of explicit queries to the database, there seems to be no meaningful judicial oversight of Karma Police, giving the GCHQ a loose hand in picking throughout the data."
http://www.techxina.com/british-karma-police-program-carries-out-mass-surveillance-of-the-web

"The documents show how GCHQ could build profiles showing people’s web browsing histories as well as analysing instant messenger communications, emails, Skype calls, text messages, cell phone locations, and social media interactions. Separate programs were built to keep tabs on “suspicious” Google searches and use of Google Maps."

I will be on the road and send when able.
I believe Dfiler posted a recent one.

Here it is:
bootstrap-08.19.15.dat  -  Block 389561 - 184Mb

https://mega.nz/#!bd83RZ7L!yeqqrMgGARe03in8f9vcrYIxqLpypBV9JOmikyxfjKY

Instructions

After starting the KORE wallet for the first time, close it and copy this file to your KORE wallet data folder (not the folder you run the wallet from)
Windows example C:\Users\YOUR_USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\KoreCoin   (never delete wallet.dat from this folder... backup wallet.dat)

Rename file to just bootstrap.dat without date stamp

start wallet again and sync away

To ALL:

The Coder has made great progress with the wallet in Linux.
They are now going to compile it in Windows and the Team will begin it's testing.
We want to keep as much as possible "in house" rather than contract
out to more and more coders so we bought them a Windows 7 Pro Key.
To compile into OSX we are going to buy them a Macbook with a minimum
requested resolution of 1920x1080 but may go as low as 1440x900
Preferably with a 1066 bus speed and 4GB of Ram 10.7 or higher.
IF anyone can donate this Macbook or donate towards it now is the time.
The Windows 7 Pro key was paid for by the Team directly as are other expenses.
We are appealing your good nature and trust in us that we are doing
it right and when the wallet is released you will for sure see what that means.
 Cool

We want the Coder to move onto the next tech integration while we are testing
what they have accomplished this far. This next integration is complex
and a key requirement in the reviving of Korecoin.
To proceed we need to send them their next payment. There is not enough to meet this
need.
Please step up to the plate and donate what you can. What we will deliver
to you will be truly rewarding.
Think of all the BTC you lost in scam coins. Just Donate a tiny portion of
that amount to this real project of which Korecoin is only one among many.
You will be instrumental in the creating and delivery of real desired features.
 Smiley
Sincerely,
MikeMike

Remember,
those who let go and give will have it come back to them full circle.
You can be proud in that we are not a scamming corrupt bunch as is so prevalent
in the Crypto Currency scene. What we are doing as a Team is truly unique
and only the beginning.

Korecoin Coding Donation Address:

13xcUHggtpUcip2bZT4wd9FcK3PENNv3oD

For ALL who donate I will match all donations by 1/3.
If you donate .1BTC I will donate .0334BTC and so on...

I am not in a financial position to easily meet
this offer. It will be a sacrifice. I made the offer because I believe
in what we are doing and want to see it succeed.
Please take advantage of it.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention.
There is a fee they charge. It will have to come from the Donations.
I paid for it last time myself.
MM

I sent a request to break it up into two payments of .1BTC each.
See copy of email below:

Hello,

We are in the middle of financing our new wallet work.
Could you break it up into two payments please?
.1 for 6 months and we will get you the balance in 60days or less.

Sincerely,
MikeMike

PS:
I see there is possibly an issue with the total coins received in the rich list
or is that standard.
Could you please look into it and  if it is something, clarify it's not on our end.

Korecoin has a delisting warning on Bittrex and needs a steady over .2BTC daily volume.
We all know how critical this is.

This can be accomplished by anyone.
This taking over of Korecoin for you is supposed
to be a Community effort. It's a few minuets out of
your day to do this and some coffee money here and there
to support the work. I take it as the Community does not
want me to be involved in this project.

PM me if you want to do something with Korecoin.

IF Korecoin loses Bittrex it dies.

***   IMPORTANT   ***
Our Bittrex listing is a valuable asset to Korecoin.

Action is required on part of the Korecoin Community providing the
needed volume on Bittrex of their .2BTC Per Day Volume rule, not all in one or two days.

We Team Members spend hours on these projects daily.
The added stress keeping track of Bittrex volume takes away
from our concentration and time.
What does this mean?...... Less tech is launched.

We are counting on you for the success of Korecoin.
 Smiley

All it takes:
1-Only the price of a latte/soda once or twice a week. It adds up
and you get the benefit of being healthier...
2-Staking and promoting staking and contributions.
Your support in these two areas is all Korecoin needs to come through.

* NEW KORE Donations Address:
16udt2Gqw9tdo7cqN2aA6myyfsJKxfPZDw
ALL Donations no matter how large will be matched by me.
I dare you to make me go:  Shocked
 Cool

Much Thanks! RW,
Your steady consistent support of Korecoin is for sure respected.

Sorry to have to bother you with this while you were away.
I agree there should be a concerted Community effort to
support the Kore listing on Bittrex till better times ahead.
It should be a near daily effort since waiting till the last day
does not meet Bittrex requirements to keep a coin listed.
People can simply do what they see needs to be done
(it's a responsibility and sacrifice) and if
done by a few it bodes well for all involved in many ways.

Hope Bittrex understands this week hasn't been possible to make that

I think they will be understanding and relist even if by chance Kore
does get delisted say from a computer program.
It's in Bittrex best interest to keep Korecoin listed since in the
future activity in Korecoin will reap them much rewards in fees etc.

They may see Our Projects are the real deal, worth the wait
and will make a ton more than a relisting charge etc as opposed
to Korecoin permanently leaving Bittrex for other exchanges once the
takeover is completed.

Please contribute to the success of KORE.

UPDATE:

A long time Korecoin supporter came through on a promise and donated .5BTC.
Thank You!
 Smiley
There is  0.81478534 BTC in the donation address and 0.01462075 BTC in the old Escrow address.
For a total balance of 0.8294063
A partial payment of  0.17 BTC had already been sent to the Coder
for the next tech integration work from the Escrow Account.
A Deposit payment of .1BTC had been sent to a secondary Coder.
The balance of this next installment needs to be paid soon.
Please step up to the plate. Micro BTC payments of just
some pocket change or a few dollars is for sure being a
good support and are very much appreciated.

IF you have any amount of Korecoin you know you can sell now or soon at a little bump in price.
OR
You can put a little money behind your investment and support us in these Korecoin projects.
also helping with any skills you have and at least stake your coin!
OR
You can keep hoping someone else does all the work for you.

Received a reply from "BlockExperts" about breaking the payment up into two installments.
If we get enough donations to send the Main Coder the balance of what is fair for this
installment and can pay for this 0.10BTC for 6-months hosting on BlockExperts we will.
BUT the Coder comes first.

See copy Below:
