It has already been mined only 1.2 million coins you can buy them at bittrex. They pay 8% annually if you have the wallet running. It was the best investment I made although I wish I had picked up more.

I have not seen any mention of infrastructure.
Are calls going to just be between wallets? No central server or switching?(im assuming no)

Agreed. I would love it if there is an andorid wallet cause it will be so much easier to get the wallets onto different phones and actually make this feature the must have to just oky it is possible.

In the OP page the DEV mentioned them for the future.

A Hard Fork is required for the October 1st BETA release.
Why do double work.
There are other innovations too.
