What is the purpose of this coin? To just exist? There is no other goal than making money? But you won't, because nobody is interested, this is coin number 1000+ and has (again) nothing (and this time really nothing) to add. Waste of time and resources.
Soo... tits or gtfo!

Mined each algo until diff rising. Now every algo is hard to solo for my GTX 770.

I think multi-algo is misjudged. With this kind of coin everyone has a chance to catch blocks with different algo. When coin has one algo, bigger hashrate getting a lot of coin and then diff is too high for others. What we see here? Yes, bigger hashrate also rules BUT other people can mine other algo and catch blocks.
Now everyone has some % of coins. I think multi-algo is really misjudged. Maybe I'm wrong but that's IMHO.

+1 This is my first time mining a multi-algo coin, and it's also the first time I've been late to a launch and still been able to solomine after an hour.

Yeah it cause very high divide of diff. Even SHA256d now has low diff compared to other sha coins coz we don't give blocks to them with other algo

DEAD COIN guys, block creation rate is not slowing down Maybe that's because it needs 12x as many miners as most coins to make block creation slow down, due to 12 different possible mining algos.

As I said before, now many people has some coins instead of one major holder. Multi-algo is really misjudged. If this coin dies then no one should create multi-algo coin in the future.

Hello all! Saw you only had a few pools so I made a Scrypt pool for you! Introducing: 1% fee, Stratum, High Uptime, Events!! I'm not opposed to running with a block finding bonus later, but right now I don't have any spare coins. Dev, if your interested in sponsoring an event to promote more hash to your coin, let me know via PM! Pool should be up and ready to start hashing, the dashboard might be a little off, but the shares and payouts should work normally here in a minute.

Looks like someone is late to this train. Yup if he would think over or would just bother to check myriad thread at launch he could see that exactly the same happened there too. I don't know why are you talking before thinking a bit. If you don't like it ok but a multialgo coin behaves like this.

they released too many at once, incompetent devs, don't even know how to release coin, you do not release 10 x shit coin in one day, this is asking for 50% dead coins at the very least

Say that to SFR and Dvorakin coin. Some make a lot of money with those two mining from the beginning. And SFR has a lot of qualities, but he evolved from a clone of myr to something else. A clone/inspired from myr coin is not a bad thing, it just need some future plans and additions, other than just beeing a multi-algo coin

You can multiply the difficulty by 5965232. Current SHA256 difficulty is 442000. 442000 x 5965232 = 2.6 TH/s.

The ASIC algos (SHA and Scrypt) only get 2 out of 12 blocks on average. The other 10 algos can still be mined with CPU/GPU. The difficulty of the ASIC algos do not affect the difficulty of the other algos, so they do not compete.

you don't cuz you probably cant afford one. ASIC's add real value to a network because of their incredible power. The use of asics doesn't have a negative impact on the coin since it's only a small portion of the entire cake.

lol at this
why not just help me with the project in my sig? instead of saturating the market with a bunch of guesses and no direction. i have a very well thought out project that will bring the rest of the world into crypto. it's pretty silly what im seeing here and im sure pretty obvious to some that these coins are attempts to head in the direction of the project of my sig. u know it's the best thing since sliced bread. so why try to cut me out?
sigh
anyway, we will see how this coin performs on the markets if it ever does make it there. congrats on creating a feasible multi-algorithm coin. but it is still incomplete and will still fall short of the performance expected from my coin design in it's totality. spectrum is essentially flawed in it's design i would say partly because it was half-arsed, but mainly that it has no objective.
Sorry to burst your hubris, but I this is the first time I've heard of your project. This coin was inspired by Myriadcoin. I am however open to work with anyone in improving this coin. You are welcome to contribute. Best wishes with your project.

Good luck on the markets.

Sorry to burst your hubris, but I this is the first time I've heard of your project. This coin was inspired by Myriadcoin. I am however open to work with anyone in improving this coin. You are welcome to contribute. Best wishes with your project. well ok if you say so. perhaps ur right. and just as i expected crypto is heading in this direction naturally and i just found the vision to create something that may not be created for the next 2 years. my project's design is much different from this however similar in this particular regard. my apologies if you did indeed create this coin of your own initiative. if you like please check out the link in my sig and see if it's something you'd be interested in assisting with. i'm hoping to begin the development process soon. i will mine this coin to see how your experiment goes. Good luck on the markets. Thanks, I like your ideas, maybe there will be an opportunity for us to work together in future.

Why getinfo show "currentblocksize" : 1000 instead of 100? Why all the blocks are Orphan on scryptN ? Thanks

Block in scryptN are not orphan, they are all rejected, like if they were found by a wrong algo/miner. And yes, please answer about the blocksize

Look at your getmininginfo : "currentblocksize" : 1000 And dev who does not respond... It is bad form

Two thing i didn't understand :
-scrypt-N does not work. Only rejected blocs. Even when N = 11 -in getmininginfo on the console : "currentblocksize" : 1000,
should it be 100 and not 1000?
"currentblocksize" is the size in bytes of the block being mined. It will be larger the more transactions are included in the block. It has no relation to block reward. Scrypt-N works with the built-in miner. I have not tested with external miners. There could be some incompatibility, I will look into it. The Scrypt-N implementation was taken from VertCoin, but with different times for N value adjustment (every 2 years) and different starting N value (11).

But didn't Vertcoin also started at N=11 (2048) ? Why do you say "different N value"?

Also, pushing for a decent exchange would be very good. Maybe c-cex or bittrex. There is almost no trade on Alcurex, even for coins older and known, and that I think it does more bad than good to this coin.

It looks like your pool is submitting the wrong block version number. From core.h // primary version BLOCK_VERSION_DEFAULT = 2, // modifiers BLOCK_VERSION_AUXPOW = (1 << 8),
// algo BLOCK_VERSION_ALGO = (15 << 9), BLOCK_VERSION_SCRYPT = (1 << 9), BLOCK_VERSION_GROESTL = (2 << 9), BLOCK_VERSION_SKEIN = (3 << 9), BLOCK_VERSION_QUBIT = (4 << 9), BLOCK_VERSION_X11 = (5 << 9), BLOCK_VERSION_QUARK = (6 << 9), BLOCK_VERSION_GROESTL2 = (7 << 9), BLOCK_VERSION_BLAKE256 = (8 << 9), BLOCK_VERSION_X13 = (9 << 9), BLOCK_VERSION_SCRYPTN = (10 << 9), BLOCK_VERSION_KECCAK = (11 << 9),
So for a Quark block, your pool should be using block version 2 || (6 << 9) = 2 || 3072 = 3074

Oh. So N=12 after all. Thank you! Anyone has any idea on how to set vertminer for N=12? Or how to mine with N=12 on AMD?

I was having some rejects on x11 and x13 algo at the very beginning. So I went to scrypt N and I had 0 orphans so far.

At scrypt-N i have 0 rejects and 0 orphans.

Or maybe agx.io is showing fake transactions. Check out the richlist. The richest address has only 72500 SPEC: http://spec.coinzone.info/RichListCheck out the blockchain. The total amount of coin is around 1.38 million http://spec.coinzone.info/chain/SpectrumCoinSo, either coinzone is wrong or agx.io is wrong. I'm not sure wich one is true, but I never heard of agx.io before, so I'm inclined to believe that there's something wrong with their transactions list. In any case you should first check your facts more thoroughly before you start with the FUD.

The richlist is not correct, I've got more than the first one. Although I'm fairly sure AGX is not showing correct transactions. EDIT: funny it doesn't show my address at all

AGX exist for some time now. I do not think AGX do some manipulation. They have no interest in killing coin prices, as they live on fees. The coins price was ~3000 satoshi before this huge dump.
Rich list only show sended coins to an address. I'm not even on this list (and i have ~50k)
So, for me, two possibilities : scam from the dev or 51% attack/double spend.

This really piqued my interest. I'd like to know what is the truth. I've opened a ticket on AGX, asking them about the history.

more than 15 million coin were sold (dumped).
Total coin the first year should be 17M. Mined so far should be 1.3Million. You sold for 15M yesterday.
Dev, nice SCAM.
Guys, stop mining this shit.
In any case you should first check your facts more thoroughly before you start with the FUD.This is correct. We are on block 13800, so total coins is 1.38 million. There are no super blocks, pre-mined blocks or hidden blocks. Check the source code and block explorer to confirm for yourselves. Only thing I can think of is that someone is buying and selling to themselves to simulate volume. I know this is possible on Bittrex, maybe too on Agx.

Yes, but saffron dev was guiving news all the time, and add new feature frequently..and even with that, saffroncoin is not in his best. yes, main issue is that exchange will give its chance to any shit coin with POW/POS because of the huge amount of trade it will have when the POW ends. With pure POW coin, they do no get that much volume so they don't really care except if it is the "next big thing" So to the dev : how will your coin be the next big thing ?

If anyone here, from the comments i can see there may be a couple, looking for sonething besides a PND or scam (SFR mined 1000coins per block then what happened all of a sudden 72 or who cares coi s per block.)
Long story short if your want something worthwhile to invest in for more a week then taking a massive dimp on someone elses face.. and hope not to hold the bag of shit.. let alone participate in a community... lol or an alias dev with no reputation .. sorry im just rambling on instead of being straight up and to the point. But you guys like suspence hoping one of your scam coins with usually hours or days of mining before POS just hoping someone who MOST OBVIOUSLY has 10% or more of the total supply wont do a 51% stake attak .. wait what... yout shitting me... im dreaming no one is that dumb to actually buy.. oh my jesus... 10 TO 30% NEEDED NOT 51% TO TAKE CONTROL OF THE ENTIRE COINS NETWORK. MY GOD....
Sorry im obvioualy dreaming so dont mind me being all holyfuxkawhagsa about people who love getting scammed over and over...
If that was a reality and not a dream... the crypto world would need a MYRacle or wow satoshi to come allong and shake some senc withe into the crypto world which already forgot why he started bitcoin to in the first place.
Time for me to wake up and hope this is just a dream and MY Revelation is all just MY Really overactive imagination... ZzZzzzZzzZzz

MYR, SFR or SPEC should all do better than they are doing now. But the cryptoworld doesn't work like this, at least for now. For the moment, we should just wait and maybe invest in these coin while they are low. Who knows in a few months maybe the public will have more interest in those coin and the price will go way up

No ... SFR .. a massive scam . The spec coin is just a bunch of Lagos shoved together .. there's some other........... MINOR ........... side notes but if anyone invests in anything my god what is 5 minutes of research ..other than determining a solid base foundation from the START. if you want to take a massive dump on someone else's face before they can shit peanut size chunks of SFR chunks in your mouth hey its a gamble.. win, lose, or have your coins security compromised. It is fine 100% to play that game . But man it is Really hurting people young and old who have no guidebook to prepare them go the disgrace that is 99% of coins that exist only to mislead and make money for the scammer. Just imagine how much further the entire crypto communi community as a whole would have come if it wasn't for time and money waisted on betting on the misfortune of others. They chose to invest they took the risk but holy mother of god . And it is the very rare and hard to come by coins including others but Myriad which I have invested in largely that holds Satashi Nakamotos original goal in mind. I was investing at 800 Satashi and I am even more confident right now than I was then. coins like that are the very few reminders we have left that I'm sure satoshi himself may be happy to see carrying his message . who knows... (as you can see I get all emotional when it comes to this. When beginning work on bitcoin for such honest and sincere intentions to benefit mankind .. I don't if he is proud or disappointed with how this turned out. Trying to help people shake the banks fraud and theft off the people's backs now to see a million coins using his gift as a weapon no better than banks defrauding people out of their wealth .. That's why this shit we have today MUST CHANGE otherwise who will want to risk investing in decentralized tech only to get scammed again. These 99% of coins scamming people is slowing down crypto adoption worldwide . It may even bring a halt to this bright future we see ahead and let the banks give us another century of serfdom and slavery. I could not be more serious . Crypto is one of our last refuges from total enslavement .
Anyone can easily and outright disagree and say "no way my normalcy bias tells me to be angry about new ideas and scary outcomes " it just means there is a massive gap in their understanding about the severity of the situation the entire world is in right now and by playing the scam game for greed at another's expense they are only hurting the one thing that may actually get us out of this alive.
Don't get it do some god Damn research . The dial collapse Will be the single greatest moment in human history. The scammers will basically ensure that crypto currenct won't be firmly established as to soften the blow.
thanks for reading

It is dead because it was not picked up by the whales. There are some big players that have a major impact on whether a coin takes off and they passed this one over. That is why you were able to get a reasonable amount of coins. I am in the same boat.

Nothing will happen here except if the dev give the keys to someone else I'm willing to take on the development, so if the dev come back, send me a pm ...

I am only commenting here because you have no idea of what you are talking about. It is important for us to clear any conclusion because you just can't brainwash others. There is not a single evidence to show SFR is a scam. You are the only one trolling about. I know you are a great MYR supporter. Even I am. We gave credit to them when we first launched because multi-algos is pretty cool and provides much more security. But that doesn't mean you give out baseless facts about SFR. It looks like you are trolling every multi-algo coin. I have also clarified on the SFR thread where you trolled, that points are baseless. You probably don't follow that thread. So i am posting it here so that everyone else knows that you are trying to brainwash them. You said every block was 1000. When was each block 1000? The first 2 days of launch, the block rewards were 3*72 SFR = 216 SFR. A random superblock was generated for some very lucky persons at 3*72*5= 1080 SFR. Only 2 have recorded to receive 1080 in a block and that was only for the first 2 days - April 28 an April 29 2014. Now the random superblocks are 5*72 = 360 which is again exceedingly difficult to get. Suddenly popping up and trolling will make you think like that. If you have followed the thread then you would understand. To others , sorry that i have posted about another coin here but i guess you all need to know that iamphoenix is giving false "scam alerts" without any base and facts. He probably didn't like another multi-algo coin and never bothered to read the specs properly. Thank you

SFR a scam? Hahahaha , I think you did not get some when they were cheap. It is the best coin in the market backed by best dev team and there was 0.000778% , which I don't think is very low. Answer some of my question you MYR fanboy : 1. Does MYR has self destructing messaging service? 2. Does MYR has anonymous transactions? 3. Does MYR team is flexible for all the latest options market needs? 4. Does MYR has great wallet like SFR? 5 Does MYR has a feature that allows its users to purchase everything sold in bitcoin? If your answer to all the above questions is no, then sell all your MYR and buy some cheap Saffroncoin as soon as possible because it will have all these features within few days. Next update will include SFRbit, SFRsend and SFRsend+, trading from wallet and many more wallet features.

Give us some news. Push this coin to some better exchange. AGX is shutting down, so we're down to Alcurex only. And I'm sitting on 100K+ spec so your bounty is quite small for a 33sat coin, which is the current price.
