Lets the dumping start!!! Of course first a little pump with the 50BTC that they receive via IPO, and then dump everything, and R.I.P. in 2 weeks Wink That is my scenario for this coin Smiley

Go back to your shitty coin.  Wink

just setup 5 of my rigs for nist5 rental at MRR for this launch

rig names: frenchfry, cheezburger, mc_chicken, tatertot, frosty
How many hash?

about 30 MH/s for each rig.  I'm trying to find out how to make them into one farm, so you can rent all 132 MH/s at once.

just point all rigs to one worker, that will work

Anyone know of a good config to mine this coin with a 7950 amd.  I am experimenting with talkcoin and this is the only thread concurrency that works. Its weird because I used to use 23000 all the time before although that was with scrypt coins.

this is my current . sgminer.exe -k talkcoin -o stratum+tcp://pool.xhash.net:3366 -u ******.1 -p ****** -g 2 -w 128 --lookup-gap 2 -I 19 --thread-concurrency 8192
Try -g 2 -w 256 --lookup-gap 0 -I 18 --thread-concurrency 8128

thread concurrency is not needed for any of the newer algorithms: X11, X13, X15, nist5, etc. Should make it easier to tune.

With x11 settings works fine for me

No premine? This coin will die.

Devs have literally 0 incentive not to leave this coin after getting their hands on 75+ BTC just for implementing a new algo.

Unless, I'm mistaken?

Feel the same way don't see this coin being highly valued

Not true for nist5. If you start an nist5 coin and you don't have a TC setting or a preloaded bin file with the correct TC setting a new bin file will be created with a TC setting that will not give you the best hash rate.

my R9 270, and 270x cards run about 7.8 MH/s a piece.  I know you can get them to 8.4 MH/s, but mine are undervolted a bit to save power.

I get 13.4 MH/s on my 7970. You need the correct TC and intensity settings for optimum performance on the nist5 algo.

can somebody predict the lowest price for this coin when mining with zero profit?

i mean if its more worth to rent a rig or buy ico @ 8000 sat

It's hard to know. It's depend of the hashrate.

I bought some coins on the ICO, because I think I can get a good and fast profit. But I will mine also.
