FYI, when I contacted BitTrex to get CAPTcoin added, I got this response:

• Join #BitTrex and promote your coin there. Join the "Guerrilla marketing".
• Tweet @BittrexExchange periodically asking them to add your coin.
  They said: "We respond to creative and insightful posts to help market your favorite coins and Bittrex".
• They consider "...length of bitcointalk thread, volume on other exchanges, etc.".

The easiest way to get on a larger exchange is by keeping volume up on the exchange we are already on.
There hasn't been a trade in 2 days now.. Even if its a small microtrade, go buy and sell a few coins! Trade with yourself if you have to 
It's the best advertisement a coin can have.
