However I have just pushed the 2 missing files for secp256k1 and implemented a fix for change.

Will be swapping out the Scrypt code for Argon2d and removing the PoW limitations.

But for now, yeah, the code is how it stands for testing right now.

PoW works fine though and that's why it isn't needed to have a long period. What we need to test is PoS and Stormnode payments, hence the PoW being short and PoS starting on block 101 in the test version.

No. Should have miners on release. Besides, the parameters to Argon2d haven't even been chosen yet - it's a tunable KDF.

Because of this I have been coding a new coin simply called Silk which has the suffix SLK to replace Silkcoin (SILK) completely. The swap will be handled on Weaver at a 1:1 swap ratio. The swap will be indefinite but only caters to addresses that held Silkcoin (SILK) at the moment of launch or prior to it, this is because there are a lot of users of Silkcoin and if we put a time limit on the swap there is a great chance people will not find out until it is too late.

DarkSilk is an entirely new coin which I have been working on solely since April/May last year until November time when Amir Abrams joined the team and has started to assist me with the work. DarkSilk (DRKSILK) has Stormnodes (Masternodes), Sandstorm (DarkSend), InstantX, Proof of Work, Proof of Stake, Quorums, Budgeting/Proposals/Voting, Stealth Addresses,Watch-Only addresses, a decentralised marketplace and more. PoW will not be CPU mined as to avoid exploitation via Botnets.

You can send them direct from the exchange to the Weaver platform. Simply register on Weaver once it launches and you will have an online wallet for Silk/DarkSilk/Bitcoin on there

I Think many have the same problem, a better known hashrate will make a bigger mining hash , but also better spreading.

Im simply not going to own the coin cause when a new algo comes out mostly people of the community will instamine or , mine it like crazy.
and the coin will be pumped/ dumped
