If you are staking then your blockchain is already up to date - no need to extract a old blockchain zip. or rar . thats only for new wallets. I backup as I stake and I backup before I touch the summbercoinV2 folder.

yes correct. everything is possible. but not to transfer value only with public key. what i think dev means in real: wallet makes transaction for mixnodes(centralised). transportation layer("subchain") is for sending tx informationthen and pubkey.. so encrypted publickey is sent to node so it knows who is real destination. now nobody know where qt wallet sent coins because tx goes to mixnode and also key(encrypt). i am developer for long. i know you can not transfer value only with pubkey. to make value liquid you must always use privkey. i hope it comes in 4 day. then i am happy. first navajos i bought in january.. it s x10 now return of invest already. now only longterm.
