First of all web wallet wasn't postponed, we have never set an exact date for it. Secondly I don't know from where You're taking Your prices, but web wallet doesn't cost 0.4 BTC. If You have such a great and cheap service - let me know.

Lucas is right about the web-wallet not being delayed.  I know because I can read and comprehend what I read.  I was so glad when the Devs figured out that they should never give out dates until after everything was a done deal.
