Well if anyone else is wondering how much time it takes to download full blockchain with 4.03 wallet.
I have a dual boot and just installed 4.03 wallet on win 10 and it took just a bit less then an hour and a half with 100mbit/s connection.

I made a wallet backup in win 7 and imported it in win 10, no problem whatsoever, backup people, backup!
Also make note you can't backup Electrum light wallet and import it in full wallet, it doesn't work.
When I installed a full wallet, because of staking, it gave me a new address, after hours of thinking and searching what to do and how to transfer my coins,
I just sent my coins from Electrum to new full wallet address at a cost of 0.0001 NAV.

BTW the price is looking really good, just some patience and it will look amazing
