There is definitely something weird going on with staking....
My wallet has been fine for weeks but then a few days ago no stakes at all.
I just also noticed the last stake reward I received shows as it was mined by a different nav address to my own? All the other stakes in history have always shown my nav address with the stake amount. but this last one is another address? I have even reinstalled the wallet deleting all prefs and reloading and downloading the blockchain which was fairly quick - maybe an hour or so but whats with that weird address?
I have now spent days trying to get this thing to stake again and tried everything everyone has suggested multiple times.
I am going to try holding a seance this evening to see if I can get Elvis, Prince and Michael Jackson to help with whats going on....
This is the OSX 4.0.3 wallet that has been fine until a few days ago.....
The only thing I can think of is that the segwit (Fukwit?) thang has gone funky? Its the only thing thats changed in the last week isn't it?

I received NAVS today, from staking, about 2 days worth, before that it was very slow, and even couple of transactions that didn't go through.
IMHO nothing is wrong, just big volume of NAVS being sold and bought, so it takes couple of days. In the long run you should get 5% exactly, nothing more nothing less, so calculate it for yourself. If the percentage was much higher than 5% for some time, you will receive nothing for couple days.

You actually have a very good point there. Maybe more people are now staking due to the rise in buy / sell nav and you are right that 5% should sort itself out in the end. Thanks for a different perspective - it certainly makes sense. Still no idea there that weird nav address in my wallet has come from it says mined and its had its confirms? Still no stakes, but I will leave it another couple of days .......

Good Hopefully it will sort itself out, like it did with my staking. I'm honestly amazed at how good NAV is holding, regarding, the "rise and fall" of bitcoin in the last week or so, it just proves NAV is a good investment over time and people are holding on to it, I know I am. GO NAV

I am not sure its that works. many coins not staking or on markets or in offline wallets. So if someone have big fat wallet and staking 24/7 I think he has good strenght weight so can stake more profitable than this 5% on year because he staking when others not staking so he can get more than 5% ? Or what if make stake who give 5% in this year (max) number coins so he stop taking new coins because he limited max 5% ? I dont know its is possible stop taking coins from pos in thats situations when many wallets no stake and someone stake 24/7. My wallet working and I stake everyday last days but I remember I was staked many more few weeks ago. Now i stake 30% on day my usually stake.

Still no stakes, but I will leave it another couple of days ....... It could be one of your "change" addresses. You could check the block explorer for that address to see where the coins came from.

No code is setup so you will only receive 5%. if you were the only person staking you woul stake every 30 sec but amount paid out would be so small that total of all stake every 30 sec for entire year is 5% wel because of compounding it will be more.
but % inflation of the 61mil NAV in this case would be way under 5%. NAV by its code give you 5%. but overall can be 5% but is not forced to be 5% NAV right now is 2%-3% for overall because only around 50% actually stake.

Is there upcoming good news about this coin? I bought some on the dip yesterday so I was a bit curios if it will go up again. Hopes so because I know that Nav coin is already segwitted so it's price may fluctuate faster. hope this might get an answer.

Weekly updates from des you can current and older ones at https://navcoin.org/news/a part of news The dev team is making good progress on the first stage of the Polymorph project in the Auckland office. If you’ve been following the #development channel in slack or our github you will have seen their daily progress on the project as commits and pull requests fire off. They have closed Sprint 2 with 20 points achieved compared to 21 points in Sprint 1. Showing that their pointing of stories and pace of work has been consistent thus far which suggests this method of working will provide to be a good measure for completion times for future features.
We have also received a lot of interest from open source developers interested in contributing to Nav Coin or building surrounding platform tools and services. This is a great sign for the future of Nav Coin’s software ecosystem and we encourage all developers who would like to get involved in our project to join us on slack and talk with the team.
The SD Cards for the branded NavPi’s have arrived to Auckland and Guy has been busy trying to source the best shipping rates and packaging for the units. We are still waiting on the actual boards and cases to arrive and will open pre-orders as soon as we have all the parts on the ground.
Our marketing team have been testing some Facebook ad buys over the last week which are proving to have cost effective results. For a relatively small expense we have increased the reach of our Facebook posts by about 3000%. This plays into the wider strategy the team is building to get the Nav Coin brand to be a household name. Is there upcoming good news about this coin? I bought some on the dip yesterday so I was a bit curios if it will go up again. Hopes so because I know that Nav coin is already segwitted so it's price may fluctuate faster. hope this might get an answer.
