ccminer was isolated as malware while installing  Angry

The false positive detection of mining tools is one of our main issues right now. Please create an exception for ccminer or use other antivirus suite, like Microsoft Security Essentials.

Announcement: AidBit's First Humanitarian Project

The main idea

Our humanitarian operation will be divided in two parts. Today we will present the first part - our own humanitarian project. We've reviewed and considered various projects and decided for a project that we find most suitable for our current financial and logistical capabilities. The project was initially suggested by our main dev.

We've decided to partner with one of the local non-profit self-service stores for disadvantaged and socially isolated families and youth. The store is led by humanitarian society called Kali. The organization provides help to disadvantaged families and youth in form of non-profit self-service stores, various courses and self-help classes intended to:
-improve the situation they've found themselves in;
-teach them essential skills and knowledge needed for life;
-give them a chance to work and develop their potential;
-improve their self image and feeling of usefulness;
-make them aware they're not alone in the current situation;
-return their optimism and will to live.

Implementation

At the beginning we will offer our help in the form of essential supplies (flour, sugar, milk, rice, pasta...) for their non-profit self-service store (the items in the store are not sold but given free of charge on case-by-case basis). The quantities and duration of project are still being discussed.

Transparency

We will cover every detail of the operation. From initial exchange of funds to EUR, through to buying and delivery of supplies. We will video and or photo document various stages of the project and provide information to local media.

One of the main advantages of this project is that we do not need huge financial resources but still reach and help dozens of disadvantaged individuals. This project will also allow the funds collected to be gradually spent, not causing substantial shock to the market.

We will publish detailed information on our webpage shortly.

i think it's great that aidbit's focus is humanitarian aid. it seems that the amount of aid will be limited since aidbit has few buyers and a low price. how will you be able to generate enough money to provide the help.

It would be hard to sell everything at once, so we went for a project that allows us to make gradual contributions. Also, we think that people will start to trust us more as soon as they see that we are indeed keeping our promises.

We do have a small issue right now and are we're thinking to reconsider this project. The problem is, we've just found out that the society we were to partner with is slowly closing down the store and redirecting all the efforts towards the courses and classes. The reason for store closure is due to the fact that goods supposedly do not come into the right hands. The people who need help the most are too shy to ask for it.

So we're currently searching for a similar project. If we don't find it in time, we will go for plan B which will be providing food and help to one of the local animal shelters.

We do have great plans for AidBit. Our projects are just a small part of our humanitarian operation. We don't want to reveal everything at this point. As soon as we cover all the legal stuff, we will reveal the main part of our humanitarian operation.

Thank you for your trust,

AidBit

Just a heads up and a word to the wise. I've come across some very suspect activity on the part of Crypto Hunger's DGB groestl pool payout management. It was quite easy to flush out given Crypto Hunger's extremely high hashrate in a very newly created algo environment, but since it would not be as easily discovered in a more balanced and mature mining network, I thought it best to bring it to your attention . . . given that if it happened once, it probably has happened before (and/or is still happening).

This is the post documenting the discovery with all the necessary links to confirm this very inflammatory data. (BTW, his response was that he is "not going to explain anything", and you can see his entire post later in the same thread, as well as the serendipitous issues that led to this discovery earlier on, also in that same thread.)

srcxxx,

Quick question that I hope you can clarify: all subsidies for blocks found on your pool ( http://cryptohunger.com:81/ ) have had 25% taken right off the top and sent to another address. What is the reason for that?

Here's the block explorer summary for Newly Generated Coins for blocks found by Crypto Hunger:
http://insight.dgb.cryptopoolmining.com/block/dd1f60e865d52fdc02561af3a5367d70a55ff51e9ed76eaae11fb620e38c4faa

As can be easily seen, there are two payout addresses:

D96y4y74NUegfYJ8yn9chxbPLrRiypCF6V
and
DBy3212dWAPPzPcyt5fSSchjyozyr5ejLw

When one follows the "money trail", one sees that there are indeed multiple payouts to multiple addresses (miner payouts) for D96y4y74NUegfYJ8yn9chxbPLrRiypCF6V .

HOWEVER, the other address, DBy3212dWAPPzPcyt5fSSchjyozyr5ejLw , has ONLY re-SENT coins to ONE address for a total of just over a million DGB and it also still has a current balance of just under another 3/4 of a million DGB!
http://insight.dgb.cryptopoolmining.com/address/DBy3212dWAPPzPcyt5fSSchjyozyr5ejLw

The address that has received the one million DGB, DRykTe2nXZpSX1KytPXjvPhGfCAXb4ZBM6 , has also received DGB from other addresses, has only sent 128,100 DGB and has a current account balance of 1,371,300.
http://insight.dgb.cryptopoolmining.com/address/DRykTe2nXZpSX1KytPXjvPhGfCAXb4ZBM6

That all means that, in less than four days, from Newly Generated Coins on Crypto Hunger, around 1.75 million DGB, or roughly 25% of subsidies, have NOT gone to miner payouts, but are currently "parked" in two separate accounts.

What's the purpose for this?

Just out of curiosity.

With Cryptohunger...... Care. This pool has a fee of 25% and consumes more electricity than coins scrypt. He never wants to teach data of your pool, always says "tomorrow"
The Kernel optimized only works for their own benefit and when you have problems by coins losses not replenished.
Ask how he got 100,000 dokdocoin in one month.....

There is no limit to the greed of human race. No matter how great the idea, political system or innovation, in the end everything is reduced to human greed. I guess we needed this "quality" to survive and maybe we still do to some degree. I can promise you, we will do everything to stay true to our main philosophy. Every AidBit team member and partner organization was and will be carefully selected and constantly monitored.

We announced our first humanitarian project but upon personally meeting with the founder and closely reviewing the partner organization and their goals, I decided to rethink the idea. We need to start with our first humanitarian operation soon, but not at any cost. We will take as much time as needed to build a solid foundation and find reliable and true partners.
