I have just recovered a CAPTcoin wallet.dat from 2015, yet cannot get any connections on the network with my 2 years old peers.dat... Anyone know if there is any active peers today, or the coin is completely dead? Edit: May anyone take my wallet.dat and check if there are still some balances there? I can give 10% of coins if anyone can do that Edit2: https://i.imgur.com/6lyE5sL Finally started up my wallet with a blockchain uploaded here, and found my 5k CAPT... Hope I can finally spend them... 3rd edit: Just sent a 0.00109 CAPT test transaction and it seemed not going through. The only peer I got is 75.86.123.79:26652, which is at block 1666776 (while the blockchain I downloaded is at 1773967). I wonder if there are any other nodes on the Internet which is on Yobit node? 4th edit: FINALLY SEEN THE TEST TX AT YOBIT!!! But with 0/2 confirmations 5th edit: Test tx finally confirmed! My coins are from before a potential fork at 1700000, though, so they appears on both blockchain... Hi, I'm glad to see you did it, can share you your bootstrap with us please? I would like to resync my wallet

Unfortunately, no I am using the blk0001.dat and blkindex.dat from another post here, and the wallet takes hours to reconstruct my wallet (also balance in it). I can't even stake my coins before sending them out, because I know this will cause a fork... My UTXOs have been dated as early as 2015 with 590000 to 1100000 confirmations... I am having difficulty to spend other UTXOs having 50000-200000 confirmations, perhaps the fork have happened before that Edit: Tested with some inputs with lower confirmation counts, and it don't appear on yobit... My successful txs appeared there in about 10 minutes.

No new nodes available, I think no one will help us. I'm thinking to delete CAPT wallet from my pc atm until anyone finds a solution for this coin!

The only way i see is a hardfork plus seed nodes. But for this we need a good coin developer.
We need some reboot like crave, piecoin and synx, that would be great.

Have you any idea about that? I tried to search anyone in International section with a bounty of 2000 CAPT for anyone can solve this problem, but no one was interested in this coin, I have no other ideas.

Unfortunately no, i have no idea how we should accomplish this.
I think its easier for coin devs to simply create a coin from scratch other then revive a dead coin.

Surely, It is. I think swap from CAPT to another equivalent new coin can be a good idea too. Will it be alive? I am not sure about this coin at all
I don't think so, there are not connections.

I don't think so, there are not connections. swapping CAPT to another coin has happened before but even at that time, the network is already practically non-existant only a few holder managed to swap their CAPTs and I was one that missed the opportunity Yobit still have CAPT/BTC trade but noone can figure out how to connect to its network if anyone can connect and deposit succesfully, it could be a way to unload this burden I'm sorry to say CAPT as burden but I believe most holders will agreed with me

I'm thinking to leave my wallet open and wait until it reach the same number of blocks on yobit and do a try, but now I think will be on 2 different chain and we wont able to solve this problem...

great... another auto spam poster trying to get up in rank geez, how many accounts do they create each day? just today I found 7 accounts with similar spam posts all these accounts have noticeable repeated sentence all over the Ann. Altcoins sub forum I agree with you. does your wallet have any real nodes connected? have you tried to witdraw from yobit to your wallet? or make deposit I'm way off synced, not really viable for me to try. and we don't even have a working block explorer for CAPT to check, do we?

This does not look like a legitimate coin. It is probably just another pump and dump coin.
I figured i should let you know that DVYANC is part of the team responsible for LOGIC AI, Sonic Ether, Supertonin Network, Evolution lab, Padideo coin, Securivitas, Nebule, Stripple, Regrar, Bitcoinash and several other countless scam coins. This facade showing concern for a coin's validity is a ploy to use reverse psychology to fool the mind of forum members into thinking they have good intentions on this forum
