generated but not accepted mined

Quote
Generated coins must mature 50 blocks before they can be spent. When you generated this block, it was broadcast to the network to be added to the block chain. If it fails to get into the chain, its state will change to "not accepted" and it won't be spendable. This may occasionally happen if another node generates a block within a few seconds of yours.

it's not yours..  Smiley

CAPTcoin Ticker Widget

I've written a simple Javascript code to easily include a CAPTcoin ticker Widget to any webpage using the API.

Here are the steps to include it:

• If not already included, add the jQuery library:
Code:
<script src="//code.jquery.com/jquery-1.11.0.min.js"></script>
• Add the simple Widget script:
Code:
<script src="//api.captcoin.com/ticker/ticker.js"></script>
• Add this to the body tag to update the widget when the page is first loaded:
Code:
<body onload="capt_ticker();">
• Add the required HTML code:
Code:
<select class="capt_currency" id="capt_currency" onchange="capt_ticker();">
<option>BTC</option><option>AUD</option><option>BRL</option><option>CAD</option><option>CHF</option><option>CNY</option>
<option>EUR</option><option>GBP</option><option>HKD</option><option>IDR</option><option>ILS</option><option>MXN</option>
<option>NOK</option><option>NZD</option><option>PLN</option><option>RON</option><option>RUB</option>
<option>SEK</option><option>SGD</option><option>TRY</option><option selected>USD</option><option>ZAR</option>
</select>
<span class="capt_ticker" id="capt_ticker"></span>
• Optionally, set a custom style for the CSS classes capt_currency and capt_ticker.

You can move the selected keyword to your preferred currency.
You can also remove the currencies you don't want to show (however, you cannot add new currencies).

Read more information here:

See a basic working example here:

Feel free to see the HTML source-code and edit it according to your needs.

Mmm probably that's an important factor. I mean that people are not sure I will do that hehe. They just have to trust me for the moment.

So in 11 days when I really destroy all the remaining coins and nobody has to trust me (or anybody else) anymore, that will help to establish CAPTcoin and rise its price.

That sounds like a really good idea, we could do it in an IRC chat like the one a few days ago.

Good idea Smiley

Either on IRC, or here to get some attention Tongue

Something like 1 million coins destroyed every 5 minutes or so.

The idea is good: capt for chaptas
But people do not behave as intended.
They sell immediately. The assumption was people keep the coins because it was to get the coins work.
But those who have always sold immediately have been getting the best rates.
They could sell for 3500, 3000, 2500, 2000, 1500.
Now the course is at 1370
The next assumption was, the price should increase if the reward decreases.
But he does not.
The next assumption was, if less reward is paid, there are fewer people pushing the price down.
Also wrong. The price falls anyway.
The big optimists can wait 11 days.
My assumption is:
The experiment has failed.

Would the people believe that the price goes up in 11 days,
then the price would now not have fallen. Fakt is, they do not believe it.

Rest in peace. Dont waste your time.

I sold out at 1700 a week ago. Sadly I don't think this coin will have a bright future, but maybe I will be proved wrong.

i agree with you, this experiment has failed, for you, sadly...u cant just wait for things to happen from nothing...its natural law...do something and be rewarded for that...

Right now that is true, but it only takes 1 decent merchant to back CAPTcoins and it will rise. It's like betting that nothing will happen. I am probably biased because I am on the forums quite often there but there is long term planning going on so it could go belly up but I wouldn't be so quick to totally write the coin off.

And something else, price will keep falling and when distribution ends, price will keep falling if nothing new is added, value is determinated by quality not quantity. This doesnt apply only to captcoin, but for anything...why do you think BTC is valued as is it...?
