It confirms what I just said to mikegeiser on IRC that if someone bought the doc it wouldn't be in his name because he's already bankrupt through impact security (hence his wifes? name).

The document also shows the company's insolvent with a notice of proposed deregistration filed on 19/11/2013 (although this info was already freely available) and that strike off actions in progress

Basically if you don't understand what this means it's a massive buying signal for you fuckups.

So am I reading correctly that your saying ASIC is a joke company but ges is working with a crypto currency made up by a kid and are trading urea for  this brand new currency that may or may not be worth the price of the product they are selling in the future in order to turn a profit? I may not be as informed as the rest of you when it comes to URO but last time I thought when people pointed out anything fishy about the Australian GES, we were told that they have nothing to do with it. I thought we were told that the Hong Kong GES was the one who was doing the Urea contracts. So why would the Australian GES be ok to be used as proof?
