First of all, congrats on the last couple blocks. 

My question...Why does Bitex not show all the sell orders for UNAT? 

The lowest sell order is currently listed at .07, which is what is has been for over a day(as long as I've been watching). Yet, as soon as I put in a buy a few hours ago at .02, it went through immediately.  Then, listed in the trade history, are a bunch of transactions for .045555 down to .01 from roughly the same time period.

What am I missing?  Why are all the sell orders not showing?(hitting the 'All' button in the 'Sell orders' window does not reveal any other trades either).  Are there hidden sell orders?

I'm hopeful that I am just ignorant of some aspect of the functionality of Bitex. Please explain.

You want to reach out the exchange.  I not sure I understand the question correctly.  Never heard or seen "Miners removed low-priced orders" before.  It sounds like an order was created @ 0.02 and then the person cancelled his sell order.
