I do not wish to make our conversations public Brandon Casten. I simply wish to be refunded my bitcoin just like the other players. I kept my funds online for months and months to be sure Bart could cover players requests.. And my funds were the lions share of the site.. You were aware i held ~~8btc of the 22BTC debt to players, you agreed to pay....

I am the one who is charged with analyzing the data and making decisions
on refunds.  For people with set balances (Bart's spreadsheet matched
the one that we pulled from the SP database), we are refunding their
balances with no questions asked and have done so for 11 people to date,
including you.

For people with balances that we cannot verify, we are finding a
compromise.  There has been one other person in your shoes, who claims
to have a pending deposit that was never paid, but we cannot verify. We
were able to come to a fair agreement with that person even though we
were note bound to pay him by the contract with Bart.  We'd like to
believe everyone is telling the truth, but we could open the doors to a
ton of people claiming they have BTC that they didn't earn and we'd open
the door for scams.  All decisions made to refund unverified balances
are made on a case by case basis.

At this point, your balance is about 3.8 BTC and this is verified by

the first person to get paid.  I know you claim to have been owed a
total of 7.8 BTC, but we have no way of verifying that you actually
owned all of those BTC.  For this reason, we feel like paying you 5 BTC

The 3.8 btc they show currently on my account verified by data base and Bart ..is the result of 7.8 bitcoin minus  4 btc with draw that never was processed, showing 4(pending w/d) + 3.8

Brandon paid 5 of the 7.8 btc...they owe me 2.8...

BEWARE PLAYERS !!!  they tell me they are negotiating with people who had "who claims

I see exactly what is going on here.

Ragnar, the backend and spreadsheet showed player balances without the pending withdrawals. Brandon should be aware of this as the entire conversation pre-sale we have been discussing the enterra balances and pending withdrawals. You can find the pending withdrawals in the transactions.sql which Brandon confirmed you have in your possession. You can also cancel the pending withdrawals manually in the Enterra backend and see the amounts of the withdrawal requests recredited back to the accounts.

I thought you guys were aware of this as I had a lengthy conversation with Brandon about this after he asked me about plo8monster's and other player's balances.

Just cancel the pending withdrawals so all players get what they are owed. The spreadsheet mentioned above is not including these pending withdrawals, but then again they only show 13 BTC in outstanding balance. Guess why we agreed on 22 btc? Because that included these withdrawals.

I apologize if not all are happy, but we cannot universally pay out funds that cannot be verified.  Otherwise, we open the door to any scammer who stumbles upon our site.

I was one of the players who had some bitcoin stuck on satoshiipoker and i was also a victim in the accusations between the old and the new owner about who had to pay the lost bitcoins. I emailed the new owner about my situation and they replied to me very quickly and they told me that everything was discussed and eventually they covered my lost bitcoin wich i am very relieved of.

I want to let everyone know that the new owner kept his word of paying back the lost money of the players playing on the old satoshiipoker (at least for me) and i have added a screenshot of the exchanged emails between me and their support as a proof.

This entire situation has been total chaos.  I had money there a long time ago but I have no idea what my password was or how much I had there.  I think it is a breach of contract that they are moving everyone to burnturn instead of just going with the old SP system which is what the new guy said he would do.  It makes it impossible for all but like 10 players to get their BTC back, the few people who follow this whole saga and stick with it through all the threads and everything, send an e-mail, etc.

If someone has lost a username and password, then how would they have logged into Satoshi Poker to make a withdrawal anyway?  If you don't know how to access your account, it doesn't matter if it's on Satoshi Poker or BurnTurn Poker.

This is why you get everything in writing. But, it wouldn't be hard to prove a deposit if the sender had control of the private key of the address. that way one could prove he was the sender of said bitcoin, no need to prove password, etc.

Bart sold you SP at a tremendous loss, to BE SURE PLAYERS FUNDS were covered, a total of 22 bitcoin on players funds plus 3 bitcoin to him to exit Thialand. He did NOT steal, he went to great lengths to be sure plaYERS ARE PAID !!!
He did that to be sure players were paid and no bitcoin poker player lost his funds on the site !! You could have refunded thru enterra within a first week or two of this deal that started way back in MAY!!

Thank you very much for posting this! At first, I am happy that you have been paid, as was my objective when selling Satoshi Poker. As second, the e-mail sent by George confirms that RagnarBT does have access to the transactions.sql in which can be found: Username, UserID, bitcoin address for withdrawal, timestamp and IP address of the person trying to withdraw.

Also, you have once more delivered the proof of continuing to blame me for your efforts when you just let the Namecheap dedicated server expire and now blame me for losing the files, while you now have admitted to have them in your possession.

The entire deposit/withdrawal system was custom made thru Enterra's API. This mean that the Enterra software does not in any way store any IP address of any withdrawal transaction, as the API only takes the funds from account when withdrawing and puts a pending transaction in the Enterra backend without any further info. By confirming you have found the withdrawal based on his IP address, you have admitted you have access to all the pending withdrawals, including the withdrawals of the people you refuse to pay.

Ragnar, Brandon and George, I am asking you politely for the last time: please start paying also the people you are refusing to pay because you have personal issues with them or because the balance is too high, as you have admitted here you do have access to the pending withdrawals. Last, please refrain from your comments regarding me being responsible for you losing the dedicated server at namecheap, while I have handed you over all the credentials on the 23rd of may and you 'forgetting' to pay namecheap by the 6th of june and therefor 'losing' the files, which you now claim to have.

It is pretty obvious that when you agreed to take on a player debt of 22 BTC, of which 13 BTC was in the accounts and 8 was pending withdrawals, that you don't run away from these withdrawals 'because I lost some files' (read: you have the files, and you didn't prolongue the server with namecheap on purpose as you had all you need), when in fact you just don't want to pay.

If you continue your false allegations regarding the reason you are refusing to pay, I will file a lawsuit regarding slander and if you do not show instantly that you are honouring the agreement by paying the players for which you have now claimed to have the proper files, I will have the agreement terminated in court and hold you responsible for the damages you have caused.
