From 10x to 2x profit I guess we will go back to 100x soon 14BTC dump at 14k can only be one of like 6 people.... Good, let those big holders sell some. They'll distribute the coins to more people which means less big holders that can mess around with prices Wouldn't be surprised to see 1000+ volume in 24 hours. I am very curious why these buyers don't join IPO? It's cheaper than buying in exchange. The final bid price was 0.00006102 VIA/BTC
Really? See for yourself https://presale.viacoin.org/list.htmlI will not buy until the price around 6K,i remenber the story about LOL,SUPER etc.... it is sinking quickly

question from this noob to others who've been closely following this coin:
could anyone summarise what's special about it? have the devs lived up to their promises?
Any hidden problems - premines? instamines? well distributed? is there a rich list? buggy code? are these are hard core programmers, not "copy-paste" devs or middlemen? When bugs/fork challenge pop up, are they fixed quickly? dev squabbles? dev complacency? missed deadlines? Is the entirte dev team anonymous -- and even if so, does it at least have a solid reputation here on bitcointalk?
Anything to worry about?
A lot of this was covered early on in the [PRE-ANN] Viacoin thread. I suggest you look there.

Pump-able but will the coin sustain if people don't want to mine for such a low reward/market price ratio? It's only the first day so we will see.

price stabilising around 10k good game to people who sold at 20k + bet you's bought back in guess its hold for long term, or at least until we see what miners dump it for a lot of volume, don't get caught trying to day trade

Everybody who sold above that knew they will buy back in. Especially those who sold at 20 to 60k range.

hi dev, how about tell every exchange platform,we do not want via been listed until we reach 10000 block.
then exchange platform have to wait your notice to open their exchange platform.
it's good for via long term development.
how do you think guys?
How about NO. The exchanges can list any coin they want whenever they want. The developer has no say in it. Also why wait until block 10000 anyway unless you are waiting for miners and multipools to start dumping their coins? Should i tell you the truth?? here we go: hopefully we will have 200G scrypt(or 100G or more) hash pow. then the total mining cost will reach: 200*0.85=170BTC per day. we will produce 36000 via everyday. so the mining cost will hit: 0.00472222 satoshi= 470K satoshibut if we hit a exchange platform before we reach 10000 block. then mining cost will hit 6k satoshi, minging hash rate can only reach about 2.54G!!! only few miner will join us. so do this dev: hi dev, how about tell every exchange platform,we do not want via been listed until we reach 10000 block. then exchange platform have to wait your notice to open their exchange platform. it's good for via long term development. how do you think guys? . I should post this earlier. too late now...but let's watch this.

I believe BtcDrak wants to simulate what Bitcoin & Litecoin did unintentionally, by making only the people that see potential in this buy into it, then with later announcements.. the herd will follow- sort to speak. IMO possibly the best thing you can do to the coin economy, let people that know the value of it the most stick around for awhile before they consider selling, like filtering out the bad and keeping the backbone to keep it going.

So far no hidden problems. No Premine. No Instamine. Fairly well distributed except for one whale (has a history of being a whale in other successful coins w/o selling). http://presale.viacoin.org/list.htmlWell respected developer so code likely to not be buggy. (but i can't answer this for certain as I am not a developer) Again well respected developer, no "copy-paste" dev or middleman. Everything appears to be handled very quickly so far. No dev squabbles that i've seen. Again, so far dev. has delivered with speed. I have not seen developer yet not deliver on what he has said. Again, I feel like he's moving very fast (these claims are evident in the thread). BTCdrak has a very solid reputation which is the main reason most people invested money in this. Here is the original thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=682186.1020Here is the rich list and info about the presale: http://presale.viacoin.org/list.htmlhttp://presale.viacoin.org/Here is info about the coin: http://viacoin.org/

Wish I had had more to throw into the ICO.. This coin looks promising for the long term. Will probably pick up more on the market. I kind of hope it will dip down to ICO price for that reason
