I prefer the 610 BTC intact after the clearing house is released, that will put a lot of trust in this coin if that happens. Cool

600 btc raised by the community, then the dev creates a donation address to raise .75 btc for an android wallet? is this a joke? Huh

I am NOT the dev, just an investor and community member willing to use my own resources to better the coin in any way I can.

"ask not what your country can do for you - ask what you can do for your country."  -JFK

Since this coin is planning on merge mining I would ask the android wallet dev to put in merge mining into it as as soon as merge mining is enabled the android wallet will be obsolete if its not done. Check out devcoin if you need help: https://github.com/sidhujag/devcoin-android

It wasn't the dev who created that.  Someone else did that on their own.

Then that is a problem within itself.

Why? The coin is 3 days old. Android wallet isn't usually the first priority of a good dev.

Any good dev would have had that on their checklist and with 610 BTC, I would assume that would happen sooner than later, with no community help needed.

So the community taking initiative on a non-priority project is a problem?

lol, move along.

Have you spoken with the dev on their priorities?
Should the community spend anymore money without knowing what has already been gathered will be spent on?

Lol, right back

What a joke. VIA had a 610 btc IPO but didnt get enough to pay for a .75 btc android wallet. They took a donation to get it done.  With the price drop today, I was looking to make an investment until I seen that.   What a freaking joke.  The developers cant afford a .75 btc android wallet??

how do you know that? within 55 minutes someone sent the .75btc
probably the dev was willing to send it but didn't read the announcement.
first think, then speak.

Read first, think, then post a reply...  or just see below.

I will be having an android wallet made for Via coin, but first I need the funds for wallet. It will cost .75 BTC and will be ready by Friday. I'm shack4 on IRC if you want to quickly contact me. Here are some pics of previous android wallets made by the same person: https://i.imgur.com/sch8e0P.png , https://i.imgur.com/hoynSi7.png . If you're willing to donate to the ViaCoin android wallet, here is the BTC address: 1JHFWthsH2eykkAuPgCVvSzuzQTEcUaPmp .

A very generous member of the Viacoin community single handedly donated .75 BTC for the android wallet, which should be released within 4 to 5 days. I will leave the donation address open however, and send all additional funds to our very generous Viacoin holder/supporter who made this possible.

Why would someone other than the dev even be doing this.  They got 610btc IPO.  They should be taking care of this.

AGAIN !
at 23:47 DeShack96 offered to make the wallet and asked for a .75 donation
at this time dev might be sleeping, eating, watching a movie, was out for beers or whatever reason was away.
at 00:42 DeShack96 replied that he received .75 by someone (that's the spirit of a community).
How do you know that the dev was not willing to send the .75 ?
You know people are humans and not bots to stay online 1440 minutes a day reading messages.
Go out, get a life !

I bring up a valid question and now need to get a life?
Interesting, has anyone asked the dev if a wallet was already in the works, prior to a "fundraiser"? Please answer that, while I work on "getting a life".

Im so used to Darkcoin where everything is transparent and guaranteed in the long run. This dev should show his history and face.
If this goes to 10k ill still be ok because I got in early but sorry to those who bought at 30k

LOLOLOL

Big claims require big amounts of evidence. This has none.
LOLOLOL

get some damn evidence for clearing house. even syscoin has a video showing their code.

My favorite thing is the people selling now were the same people holding when it was 30% higher for 12 hours.  Some real financial savvy there.

1. Where do you see above that I was referring to you?
2. I am not related to the dev or the coin or I am an investor. I will just mine this coin for a few days. So, I am not able to give answers.

If that is all it takes to "kill" a coin then all of alts are dead, even Litecoin.
