Can't wait for the dump.
Unlike traditional banking where clients have only a few account numbers, with Bitcoin people can create an unlimited number of accounts (addresses). This can be used to easily track payments, and it improves anonymity.

ShadowSend: More Information

Hey guys

We are pleased to inform you that our implementation of ShadowSend (which uses dual-key stealth addresses) is a technological advance over current stealth address solutions such as those implemented in SX & DarkWallet.  To prove it, ShadowSend will be made open source upon release, and we have already sent the code to Peter Todd (the original visionary of stealth addresses), as we believe our version best fits his original vision.

ShadowSend Release Date: Thursday 8/7/14

Here's a demo video of ShadowSend: http://youtu.be/w-B1HuxNvFg

Here's my stealth address: smYhJ1oRg29nzCutHMXTaCNMm9NEVFh2y5i2QCzr4rNnjX9UdK5R7mT1c3P5S91du6hrjiY6WoA2yij mimYiNP73o49K6caLvwS3jj

The reason the address above is so long, is because it is a dual-key stealth address.  For more information on dual-key stealth addresses, see: https://wiki.unsystem.net/en/index.php/DarkWallet/Stealth#Dual-key_stealth

To understand stealth addresses better, please have a look at the following illustration:

We'd like to give a special thanks to Peter Todd, for his white paper on stealth addresses: http://sourceforge.net/p/bitcoin/mailman/message/31813471/

As well as DarkWallet for all the information on stealth addresses at: https://wiki.unsystem.net/en/index.php/DarkWallet/Stealth

I take some fud as a sign of coin's growth and a healthy symptom of its rising position. It's a given that some sour grapes will constantly bleet about nothing significant.

Shadow is a good platform and excellent coin.

In case anyone hasn't noticed yet, every single altcoin out there is usually got some shadow puppeteer behind the scenes manipulating things. Some of them are just a lot better at it than others - it's not a bad thing, the same thing can be said for just about every major financial market in the world. They aren't out to 'steal your coins', they are out to create a valuable coin and they have the people and the skillset to do so better than any of these other altcoins.

This coin will go a lot higher than it currently is, don't let my comment about blackcoin make anyone start FUD in this thread or anything - it was just an observation I made based on a couple posts I saw in the blackcoin thread.  My theory is that perhaps 'they' wanted rynom to implement some of this stuff in Blackcoin but there was some kind of resistance to that idea, so they went off and did their own coin - all the better off all of you guys and all the better off for them.  I suspect that whomever is helping navigate this coin might not run it right into the rocks the way Blackcoin has been.

I, however, will stick with NXT instead. Other altcoin markets have not been kind to me.
