May I ask why some moderators keep deleting my replies even though they are on topic?
Probably because they broke some other rule. Did you read through the rules in the op?

Maybe you answered to dead threads or say useless things, maybe even copy pasted something just to grow your acc.

Please ALWAYS contact me through bitcointalk pm before sending someone coins.

"Being a hater" isn't prohibited. The forum policy is based on the "free constructive speech" principle and as such any constructive (as in not prohibited by the rules) speech is welcome. You can make a self-moderated thread but everyone will see it's self-moderated (and some users will probably avoid it out of principle).

I find myself leaning this direction now, after experiencing the self-moderated threads a bit. Suggestion: What if commercial interests were prohibited from being self moderated? I think that would cut down somewhat on people utilizing that control in negative scammy ways.

For imAgis you gave to use a special servies which redo image into code. i use radical service. To increase activity, just be active memvers of the forum, make pists, take part in discussions and so on.

What is NSFW images ? give detailed definition From http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=NSFW: NSFW is an abbreviation for words like Not Safe For Wife, Not Suitable For Work, but mostly accepted as Not Safe For Work.
It is an internet slang that is often used to describe online posts that are mainly associated with heavy nudity, sexual, heavy profanity and other things that could often link with pornography.

Updated the guidelines (added Bounties (Altcoins), removed the "post traditional investment like tokens in Marketplace (Altcoins)" clause): Announcements (Altcoins) - Altcoin announcements, generic (usually announcement like) coin discussion threads.
<...>
Marketplace (Altcoins) - On-forum sale of goods and services either altcoin related or sold for altcoins.
Bounties (Altcoins) (child board of Marketplace (Altcoins)) - "Altcoin bounties and ad campaigns". Bounties, advertisement campaigns, announcement of external giveaways (that do NOT require posting on Bitcointalk) and other similar threads belong here. Discussions about such campaigns / services do not belong here.
<...>
Service Discussion (Altcoins) (child board of Marketplace (Altcoins)) - Discussion of altcoin services (both external and on-forum). This includes discussions about bounties.

I have a question about Bitcointalk signatures, could someone help me? In general, is it allowed for one person to include more than one signature at a time? After reaching "Member" position, we can have unlimited text which allows us to add different signatures from different campaigns. Is this against Bitcointalk rules?

How clear do you want them than thread? I think new users should be urged to read them upon sign-up though. I have a question about Bitcointalk signatures, could someone help me? There's no forum rule against it but signature campaigns usually only allow one. You also don't get unlimited space so you probably couldn't fit two of most signatures in.

Thanks for answering my question, that makes sense. Otherwise everyone would be in multiple signature campaigns and the signatures would be longer than the actual comments.
