Here is the answer to this question, which is still relevant: Newbies: The trust system isn't moderated! If someone leaves you negative trust, deal with it - it's not getting removed. You can leave trust back, and if that person is in the default trust list, you can ask for them to be removed, but otherwise, just PM the person and ask civilly.

This is a great work I must say.
But I couldn't find guidelines for posting. I want to understand if there's a time limits to posts. What I mean is if I make a post now how long do I need to wait to make another post or I can make posts many time?

It's dependent on your activity score. What are the time limits on posting and the levels?? I know 360 seconds are for new people like me, but was wondering if there was break down somewhere on this.
waittime = 360; if(activity >= 15) waittime = (int)(90 - activity); if(activity >= 60) waittime=(int)(34.7586 - (0.0793103 * activity)); if(activity >= 100) waittime = max((int)(14-(activity/50)), 4);

If you have a good reason for missing the posting deadline when your account was a newbie, let LoyceV know your top reason and maybe you'll get a chance to be whitelisted. Apart from that you can also buy copper members if you really want to go past those limits but if you want to enjoy your newbie days with some limitations then that's ok then enjoy until you rank up to higher levels and have the waiting time is getting smaller between posts you make. But by the way, you've been told the guide in the post before me.

Am I allowed to create a thread under "Bounties" in Altcoin section if we actually dont have a token but a playable NFT we're giving away for community growing/outreach tasks?
Sorry, I'd rather ask and be sure then get banned for breaking (any) rules!

NFTs, by their own definition, are tokens so yes. Read through the pinned threads in Bounties (Altcoins) before you post your thread there though.

AFAIK in terms of forum policy, this assesment of mine still applies: If an AI is able to consistently create content that doesn't break any of the forum's rules (good quality, on-topic, not just a padded word salad, no plagiarism, etc, etc), I, for one, welcome our new machine overlords. Otherwise, content that violates the rules, AI or human produced, can already be dealt with with our current rules and policies in mind. If you want rules to be made in regards to AI posts, your going to have to petition theymos about it (e.g. make a thread requesting a change in forum policy).

But how would you assess if the rule has been broken? Pretty much impossible to do in my opinion. Even just using search engines to collate content for a post is use of AI. (Maybe not the search engine in THIS forum )

Google is also not optimized to search for bitcointalk posts. I have been trying to scrape Bitcointalk posts to make an ElasticSearch search engine, but I need several TB of free disk space that I don't have.

Doing researches via ninjastic.space is giving great results! I totally ignore the default search bar from the forum since I discovered this website

25. Ban evasion (using or creating accounts while one of your accounts is banned) is not allowed.[e] I can't believe I'm asking this, but it seems to be necessary. Imagine this scenario: I am (the person behind Royse777 right now) temp banned for 14 days. CasinoCritique is the account representing casinociritique.com. People handling casinocritque are: I, Mr. X, Mr. Y.
During my ban. Mr. X posted something, Mr. Y posted something and I also posted something too.
Since your brain is malfunctioning, you are going to say Royse777 is ban evading. Is this ban evading? I'd say it is (and I can't believe this isn't obvious to everyone)! But just in case: please confirm

29. Sending unsolicited PMs, including but not limited to advertising and flood, is not allowed.
I have a question about this rule that I don't know if it has been asked and answered already in any of the 48 pages of the thread. What does "unsolicited" really mean here? I mean, if I send a PM to someone on my own initiative it is always going to be unsolicited. I imagine it's a way of saying that any PM can be reported and the moderators will exercise their judgement on the provenance of that message, or not. Is that so?

I imagine it's a way of saying that any PM can be reported and the moderators will exercise their judgement on the provenance of that message, or not. Is that so? The answer is "it depends". If a user has not indicated that he's open to certain (or all) commercial communication, sending such PMs would be considered as unsolicited. When it comes to non-commercial or ambigous types of communication, if it's not something the user expects nor something a regular user (as per the moderator's discretion) would expect, that would count as unsolicited. So while thanking a user due to the helpfullness of their post via PM would be unsolicited, as with all rules, a moderator's discretion applies (see rule 23).

I'd like to ask the forum moderators a question about the not sending reports on old posts. What if these reports are related to plagiarism? I have several links to such posts. As far as I know, theymos, I think, wrote that plagiarism has no statute of limitations. So is it possible to report old plagiarized posts?

I find your lack of faith in Bitcoin disturbing.

I would like to say: it depends. - Is the user still active ? - Do you have just one case of plagiarism for this user ? - Does it look like "honest plagiarism" ? (Does he make the plagiarized message his own, or is it just a copy/paste ?) - How old is the plagiarized message? Knowing that : It should be noted that there was no rule about plagiarism on Bitcointalk until 2016, according to web-archive. So if the user is inactive, you only have one case of a plagiarized message and it just looks like a copy/paste and dates back to before 2016, I would like to say forget it. It's just my opinion, but you can report it, you don't really risk anything .
