the link to the OSX wallet on the cryptonite.info website is broken,
(see http://cryptonite.info/?page=download )
seems like the mega link has been removed. is there any additional mirror for the wallet online somewhere?

I just got this answer from poloniex:

"I am not sure where exactly you heard the rumour about delisting XCN but I can assure you we have no current plans to delist any coins."

@ocminer: now you can remove the red message ;-)

Looks like ocminer doesn't care about his pool since 2 days already confirmed blocks and transactions are still marked as unconfirmed etc.
No reaction to email or twitter..so i assume he is not interested anymore in maintaining his pool?

Lol okay he marked now many as orphan and so 150XCN gone for nothing..thanks for the fish.

You have good days and you have bad days.. Vcash was obviously attacked, as I see a lot of attacks at the pool in the last 24h and XCN always had some orphan problems though I have lots of connections, i've restarted the XCN daemon now, lets hope it gets better.

HI Guys,

What kind of coin is this, mined traded, and poloniex does not have a working wallet,

It is worth pointing out also that, as far as I'm aware, none of the XCN development team have reached out to offer an form of assistance, which would have certainly be useful to me to poloniex, to the guys that have the same issue,

where are you guys, the devs of this coin, why non responsive, this coin dead now? lost my money anyway.

I'm not a dev of the coin but I did work on the miner and also did a couple fixes to the wallet.
I've talked to poloniex multiple times, they say they have no intention to drop XCN, they are just having troubles running the wallet and assured me it'll be up as soon as possible.
Meanwhile you can trade on BTC38 or Bter.
Finally, if you have issues syncing the wallet, just read the last pages of this thread to find a chain snapshot to help on coin bootup.
Other than some issue with syncing from scratch, the coin works fine and has still a good amount of trading.

Hi pallas,

you friend or foe,
my issue is not with where ya can trade em, or with my wallet, or mining,

my deposit is on hold on poloniex the wallet is in maintenance mode, disabled, for almost 4 weeks, thanks to the wallet having issues, and no block explorer, and according
to polo the devs intend to respond to their questions is lacking,

i posted here another again, according to me it gets solved quicker then just by creating tickets for this over 3 weeks now.

My wallets are working,
1ghs, is also working,
bter is also working,
http://www.btc38.com/trade_en.html?mk_type=btc&btc38_trade_coin_name=xcn
and another https://bx.in.th
is working? but a working block explorer? and polo together, the message of the wallet disabled popped up after i deposited my coins that s the worst part..

I can't help you, it's all Poloniex fault.
BTW, maybe someone can put up a block explorer (the code is in github).
