Dear Voot community!
Let's leave all bad things behind and concentrate on the future of this coin.

As you may know, for the last few days I was worried as much as you were, probably even more, because I am one of the largest holders of Voot.
I hope that today is the beginning of new era in terms off Voot communication.

I've just contacted Smoke team to get access to the exchange, to give you more details on it.
Also, I am planning to do short Q & A with them.
I would love your input on that. So please feel free to submit any questions you would have for the devs. I will pass them 5 questions that the community thinks are most important. Please, keep your questions simple and short, since they are probably busy and we do not want to delay their work. Let's make it 24 hours to collect the questions. I will pass them after that time. Please add your question below the previous one while quoting it to make my work easier.

your first action should be to delet every tweet on @vootcoin and start tweeting constant updates. Retweet tweet by other about #vootcoin and so on.
I am willing to assist you if you want.

We also need people in the IRC what are channel ops to spread the word and actually chat about the coin. Nobody is going to invest into the coin if there is nobody they can talk to.

A coin is not about dev. team it's much more about the community. and voot has no community at all.

That's why dogecoin is still the most popular coin out there.

I've deleted Tweet about launch of the exchange, since many people might find it confusing. However I was not planning to remove any other previous Tweets, in the sake of being as transparent as possible.

GaliX, would you feel strong enough to represent Voot on IRC and take care that all people there understant where we are? It's not that you would need to spend all your time there, but having a smart person following Voot news there would be great for the coin.

Dear Voot community!

I am known on Bitcointalk as whale123 and starting today, I will be joining Voot team.
As you probably know, other members of the team are jeffersonsairplane, who along with me, will be taking care of coin's PR, and MsCollec, who started the party and is still among us. Note, that Voot greatly relies on outsourcing - many innovations that are being prepared are developed by Smoke Team.

I've been with Voot for a long time and I am planning to stay with it. I am one of the biggest Voot holders, so I will be doing my work best way I can and I do not want any donations for it, since by working properly, I am also protecting my own investment. This should guarantee best work possible.

Also, note that english is not my native language, but I guess I operate it good enough not to be ashamed of it. I live in similar timezone to Smoke Project team, which might make communication between us easier.

My plan for the following days is:

1. I will do my best, to stay in touch with the community - throught Twitter and Bitcointalk. I will try to use Twitter more than it was done before. If any mayor things will happen, I will post both here and on Twitter, starting with Twitter. So if you do not follow Voot on Twitter, better start now: https://twitter.com/vootcoin
The plan is to post something at least once a day and sometimes even more often if necessary. If you have Twitter account, retweeting will be greatly appreciated.

2. I will try to contact Smoke Team regarding upcoming releases. I won't provide any hard dates if they are not 100% sure, but I will do my best to get more interesting info for you - more screenshots or some other details, perhaps some Q&A.

3. I will stay open for community's suggestion. You can send them to me through PM or by posting in the thread.

If at any time you will find my work not good enough, I will step down if voted so. However, I hope it won't be necessary.

If community wants the price to rise, stop dumping. It really is simple. We can all argue about the price crash but bottom line is the price crash helped a lot of folks get in on a good coin at an insane price. I added 50K more to my Voot collection. Could have gotten more had I known the price would tank further.

Even now the price is too darn good!! So stop complain and start buying!!

I agree, if Sync holders can come together to create a Sync Foundation. What is stopping Voot from coming together creating an asset backed coin and a Voot Foundation as well? Although the PR team is coming nicely together.

I'm a pretty big Voot holder (about halfway up the top 100, not a whale but enough where the mass dump hurt.  A lot. ) The Smoketeam should open the exchange up for selected users to test and play with. Same goods for the Cloud project and the market project.  I'd be willing to be a beta tester.  If we have people on here posting about their experiences using this stuff, even if there are bugs and it is still in the suck stage, this would build confidence because everyone would know something is going on at least.  Basically people just don't people believe screen shots, etc. anymore.  I sure don't.  Another coin ($PayPro) scammed out today and vaporized people's investment.  Urocoin creates a new fake Photoshop every week of an invoice or whatever.

Your response is great! I didn't even imagine that our community is so big. I encourage you to post more messages on the board, instead of just lurking, because it is important to show how strong as a community we are. Great that attitude is finally changing and we as a community start to unite.

Has the main team thought about trying to get venture capital from out here in Palo Alto? You have a working product; features that mostly work or will work, an active community and a market cap of sorts (coinmarketcap is kind of BS but still a good measure for lack of anything else). Putting that into a business plan and shopping it around would be pretty easy since it is all stuff that is basically real and not just hot air.  A good VC will listen to a good plan and have his minions write the plan for you.  I don't have any contacts in the industry but a Google search will pull up the big firms.

Main objective now is to deliver Anon Exchange and then concentrate on VootCloud and Marketplace.
However any grassrot projects are welcomed and will be endorset! If every person in this community would input one thing that he can do bet, we would go places we haven't even imagined.

Also, many people are PMing me about the price. My main objective is to stabilise price at 400+ level now. I am sending my private BTC here as we speak now. You can help me building buy walls. I hope that all of us will only benefit on this.
