I don't quite understand what the issue is? The Smoke team were making their coin before they were helping with Voot (go to their BCTalk pre-ann page). They will deliver everything promised. It's like saying BitcoinDark will not survive, since JL777 is involved with NXT or SYNC won't survive, since Nite69 is helping others out. For those new to the forum, big red text that is posted to scare people should be your signal to buy more (when people panic sell, it is a good time to buy).

I have to admit I didn't know about that other coin before. How can smoke work for us and for their own coin? Are we sure it is FUD? Maybe he is right. And they haven't been very talkative according to whale. Also, they never promised they will deliver the exchange on Monday. They just agreed, that when deliver it on Monday, they will get tipped. If they don't, nothing happens, they just don't get tip. And how hight is the tip? AFAIK it is 10 000 so far, so not much. What would you rather do, start your own coin on your own terms or give the exchange to coin that is - we have to admit it - full of bagholders.

SMOKE doesn't release ANON EX but takes it for themselves. The whole community knowing that SMOKE did this, would not use that exchange and would not support them in anything any more. (including their coin or whatever new projects they decide to do)

Anyone who at least finished some sort of basic education would grasp this concept.

Don't get me wrong, I don't want to FUD and I hope what this guy says is fiction, but basically Smoke team could do this and we have no means to stop them.
