The thread got unlocked !   Kiss.

Anyone know why it was locked? When last I checked, I was wondering if the lock was a way to ferry everyone over to the Checkcoin forum.

It seems that our topic was closed because we promoted a Checkcoin give away. We did not know this was against the rules seeing as the give away was hosted on our own boards. We have just send several requests to the btc talk forum moderators and requested they re-open the topic.

Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

Guys, I just got home from a party. Various people talked to me about a game called "Ingress" it's an augumented reality game developed by Google, where essentially the world is your playground.
More info here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ingress_%28game%29

It's steadily gaining adoption, the people I talked to went apeshit over it. Basically it allows you to play a game in "the real world" using landmarks as points of interest on your mobile phone. I asked them if there was any reward which you can trade in for cash or goodies and whatnot, they sad "sadly you can't, that's the only thing thats lacking"

What is the significance of this? First of all, I talked to about 10 people so I'm hard pressed to generalize my findings to the general public at this point in time. But can you see how this pertains to the potential of Checkcoin?  Checkcoin will be the linking pin between these kind of games, social networks and cryptocurrency. The incentive for the adoption of Checkcoin's technology is there.

I explicitly withheld any info about Checkcoin as the platform hasn't fully matured yet, but trust me there is a huge untapped market out there.

Hold on to your coins, be patient. Don't be tempted to sell early. It may take 6 months who knows, but this will be epic. Rest assured that I will market the heck out of CKC when the time is right.

I play Ingress (very casually) but have friends who are very into it. Even here in Japan there are many hundreds or thousands of players even though the game is all in English and notoriously difficult for newcomers to get into. It's quite a popular game, and yes you are correct... if something like that was integrated with a cryptocurrency (like CKC), it could be very huge.

Now it's great time to accumulate more and more Grin
Sometimes it is also good to take your profit.
Yes this coin has much potential and I stay with a large amount into it.
By the ICO I invested a little bit more than I want hold for the long therm.
Now you can make by selling 30% profit and that is a nice reward I think.
OK when I was selling @ 3000 the profit was much bigger but when are we there again?
So accumulate is good when you have not enough coins for now but selling is also good when you want to take your profit.

I bought on c-cex when it was for 800 sat and I didn't sell when it was for 3k. I mine and buy. If dev will continue  to work as before, in the next month we will have 10k

It is just a choice.
When you see other possibilities for investment then switch.
I (kawa900jc) see much more future in environmental POS CryptoCurrency.
The Checkcoin is great but I work on rewarding EnergyCoin for tree data in the Netherlands and there I want to focus on.
For fun of Geocaching and VR-gaming Checkcoin has big potential but for Enviromental application I only want to use POS-coins.

Lots of BIG buy orders on Bittrex :O definitly some big BTC holders are getting the hint that after all this cannabis coin hype, geolocation is the next big thing in altcoins!

Waiting to see some shitty copycat alts coming on the horizon. Too bad e backbone technology that is (hopefully) in the works will require a lot of work & resources to implememt well.

See you all at 4000+ & top 50 alts sooner rather than later!

+1 this coin will be hugh and he just need time to be developped by a real team and not greedy/scammy Dev.

what's happening now is simple, peoples with no patience sell there ckc with a small profit and invest in all cannabis coin and also peoples how don't know the project well et just sell because of low volume and price decrease.

I fully suport CKC and it will be nice if we have more intersting news this coming week .
@dev team keep us informed is a part of keeping the price stable for all investors.

i have bought since 1 week lot's of ckc , i am prety confident that this coin gonna be a killer .

Patience is the Key !

Not important. If you really believe in something/a project, you gotta see it through and give it everything you got even if failure is staring you in the face. What you should not do is change yourself to fit in and avoid defeat. Even when people around you start to lose faith and withdraw their allegiance, you have to remain true to what you believe, otherwise you end up just selling yourself to the masses. This coin is a long term effort. People in crypto these days are in for short term/easy profit. It shouldn't be surprising to see a lot of people sell. They're selling because they haven't doubled/tripled their money after a couple of weeks. They're after coins that will give them instant gratification and that's ok. We move forward regardless  Wink
