Its not doing well the foundation head is an ass hole who is a control freek want to create his own coin and kick the existing development team out. I think all out investments are gone. |

Although the situation may not seem the best, at least I see activity in the Arthur Breitman's Youtube channel explaining dev updates and I see people developing and commiting in Tezos' Gitlab, so for me, maybe I'm a dreamer but I'm still a believer in Tezos, its idea and in its potential, just there will be some delays.

Date is unknown The fact that as long as tezos still in the legal battle with the country and you will never see your coin in your wallet. But, have you read about the tezos policy before we have tried to invest your money in there? Honestly, we are all getting fucked by tezos. If we will not receive our coin and then almost 250 million dollars wasted. |

looks like that tezos project is moving. From all the reading in tezos community forum and reddit, there are some very positive news coming up. But there will be no launch in February, but it is postponed to May 2018. Well some news is better than no news.

smart contracts while avoiding some of the political and technological problems which earlier efforts such as Bitcoin and Ethereum have faced.
Let's hope for the best to come up with this.

A new board member is not what this project need, we need the funding back. If they was able to raise $200M It's because investors saw the potentials and the team needed the money, I don't see this project going anywhere without the proper funding.

I think one of the major thing is foundations and its members to solve these issue like proper funding you mentioned. Project is going somewhere somehow, even there are many problems. |

How much I remember there with this project is not so good, because the US authorities have obliged this project to pay all the investments back to investors, what is going on with this project now and have people got the money back?

Where did you see that US authorites obliged them to pay back. Nobody is getting their money back. Product is being developed and other other issues trying to be solved as I can see. |

No moneyback for a donation. No way. And yes, this wasn't an investment - it was a donation, it was clearly mentioned during Tezos ICO. |
