I enabled my "gambling protection" yesterday when the site was up ~100 BTC, a little later it was down at least 50 I guess thats when doog won. Now its back up to 108. The feature has been requested not only by doog for a while and it was also promissed to be available soon.

You could add wagered/day to "All User Stats", to be able to calculate more easily the expected return for investors. It would be even better if it also calculated the expected return in real time: (wagered/day)*0.009/bankroll

I'm going to go with three reasons:
1. It's fun
2. The thrill
3. Why the fuck not?

The only reason I gamble is because I like to do it. It's a real challenge to quit when you are a head and playing is a lot of fun.

It became available about a day before I lost.

I considered switching it on, but decided against it.

While I'd like to be able to be mad at the site for delaying the release of the feature, that's not the case - it's all my fault.

I'm trying to see it as winning 30 BTC rather than losing 60.

I wonder that myself. It was certainly hard to stop when I was winning so reliably.

I look back at my history and see that yesterday's loss "only" wiped out 7 days of profit. This time last week I was at 28 BTC profit, and now I'm at 30 BTC. So it would be easy to see this as a "temporary setback" and try to carry on with the "easy profits".

But I won't.
