I opened account three days ago, did all the FB verification and what not, and I received only 125 stellar today after waiting on the wait-list... Wtf? I knew it wasn't 6000 anymore, but I thought it was still significantly more than this? I just sold my personal info for 50 cents?

Coinmarketcap shows there are currently only 625,406,525 STR in circulation, and it gives them a market cap of $ 2,379,178. The full 100,076,305,163 STR will probably not be in circulation for at least months, if not years. |

Tell me what I have missed and why should have cared to get some of the free coins? I Must confess i was too lazy to look into this in further detail. I have become bored of altcoins to the point i dont pay any attention to the alt coin forum. I can miss the 1% chance of missing something legit tho.

Basically you missed about $15-20 worth of freely distributed coins that were created out of thin air. You should have cared because of free money. Since it's only $15-20 it's not that bad you missed it. The first few freely distributed coins were worth a lot more, I believe (numbers, anyone?). I really got fed up with altcoins myself, but a friend of mine told me about this and it wasn't that hard to sign up, so I did  . |

I belive today is drop-down day for all these coins , Most of the coins including Bitcoins thou . Every Coin fall down to its limits . Still i am confused should i hold my 3mill STR or drop them into market for BTC VeryMuch - Confused  |

Last I heard Ora is going $50 a stake and that was a completely free distribution. Mind you people had to wait months I think to get their Ora versus this Stellar which was 24 hours (well until that waitlist). |

People who invest in Stellar should be aware that there are 100B coin in existence. I can understand if you are getting it for free using facebook, but spending 20-50 dollars for something that has abundant in existence is just insane.
But they've already given 670 million away so far. Which means there's only 15000% more inflation to come in the next few years... The gave away coin will need to be cash out at some points. And it is safe to assume since the coin cost most people nothing, they will sell as soon as there is any rally. |
