Once, he sent me 0.05 for free, after I posted a loan. At first I wanted to ask for his repayment address but he said it was totally free. And guess what...... He's always been really nice to me. I deal with a lot of depression and anxiety and don't get out much, and I'm young and broke. He didn't even know this about me and just decided to send me a bunch of btc. (call me petty) but that really cheered me up. BiPolarBob and his generosity is someone that I will remember for a long, long time.

He could easily sell for half price and not %10 and would be still worshiped.

Another possibility is that he is selling things that were somehow stolen or purchased with stolen credit cards.
In my experience, if something sounds too good to be true, it probably it.

I can't believe the deals I got from him. I asked in his forum to see if I could still buy a steam GC, and then he just sent the code, right then and there. I paid him back (I gave him a little extra actually) after, but seriously I didn't think he checked if I paid him back or not. I also got a 50$ amazon GC for 12$, which is crazy.
